I have played a ton of weird lewd games, and this one here may just be the weirdest. The title to start with is insane, but the title is also literally the entire plot of this game! We have this hot, but crazy chick called Mine-Chan, and she has a boyfriend that she apparently really loves. This story is insane, so much so that I found myself legit cracking up over how over the top it was.

Overdosing on pills during sex~ You just pretty much watch our sugar daddy banging Mine-Chan, all the while listening to her incessant chatter. Oh, as well as banging her, you do have to wave some pills in front of her face too…. I am not kidding. To be fair, this whole thing is over in no time, but the fact that it is so insane means that it does leave quite an impression and also has you wondering just what the heck you played.

Insane In The Brain

Visually, this is a great-looking game; it is pretty much just our Mine-Chan on her back getting railed, but the animation is well done, and she is very easy on the eyes. The game does throw a few things at you; you do get an internal camera, which, if I am being honest, I can take or leave. But when we started waving the pills in front of her face, I honestly started laughing so damn hard. As you would probably expect, you are basically banging her till you fill her up…. Oh, and until she overdoses on those pills, of course. If there is a game that will make you say what the hell, it is certainly this!
