The thing is, the UI is rather convoluted, as it can be hard to know how to make certain things work, and there is a great deal of trial and error here as you figure things out.

You can change her hair, skin color, and so on, and I was very impressed with how this all worked. Building up to the epic final sex scene is what you are working towards, and as far as I am concerned, it really did not disappoint.
