Young Again

I have to say that Young Again ended up being a lewd visual novel that I enjoyed way more than I thought I would. The game is well made, has a rather interesting premise, and some decent sex scenes and I love the more realistic looking ladies that the game has for us to try and get it on with. As of me writing this, we have a few chapters to dive into and I was impressed enough that when the next update happens I will for sure see what it is all about.

19 Again!

The premise of Young Again is one that we have all experienced before in some form or another in a lewd game. The main character is this old dude who kind of reminds me of an old busted ass version of The Rock that you would get off Etsy. He is pretty sick of his life and the way things turned out. However, his luck changes as this goddess entity allows him to have his 19 year old body back as long as he completes some tasks for her.

Being A Good Man

As Young Again is a lewd visual novel there are different ways the story can go. However, while the guy wanting to use his young body to the fullest was a huge part of the game. I have to say that the whole thing about change and the idea that he can change who he was and who he became with this new body was something I thought was pretty neat. Plus, I liked the way it had that little bit of supernatural element to the story as well.

No Longer Old And Stiff!

The presentation I am sure is what will keep most people playing Young Again. The game has some great character renders and there is a decent selection of ladies of different ages and I like how the developer/artist went for more realistic looking women, it makes playing the game feel a bit more real… well apart from the goddess stuff, but you know what I mean. I will say that even though this old dude is now in a younger body, the sex scenes which are good are a little bit stiff on the animation front. It is not bad or anything, but they could be a bit on the smoother side.

Walking The Path You Want To Walk

I touched on this before, but Young Again does give you choices to make. While this is nothing unusual for a lewd visual novel. I think that they did a good job here of making the choices feel like they mattered. I also liked how I was able to play this guy the way I ultimately wanted him to be. I am not sure I would play this again with him being more of a jerk, but the option is certainly there for those who would want to.

Pros:

• I liked how the story had a supernatural element to it
• You get to make what feel like important choices in the game
• I liked how the female characters had a realistic look to them
• The story does a good job of getting you invested

Cons:

• While I liked the story, it does move at a slower pace than some may like
• The XXX scenes are animated, but the animation feels a bit stiff
