Sex & Coffee

Sex & Coffee is one of those games that, as soon as I started playing the game, I knew that I was going to love this. The weird thing about this is that the official listing for this game describes it as a lewd visual novel, but it is not just that. Sure, those elements are 100 percent in the game, but it offers more to the gameplay than just making narrative choices. This is honestly one of the best lewd games that I have had the pleasure to play this year. The kind of game that I can easily see myself returning to many times. I hope that this does well enough for the developer to make a sequel, as they really have something special here.

My Kind Of World!

I love the setting of Sex & Coffee. This is a fantasy world, but a fantasy world with a modern twist. For example, the characters are all fantasy characters you have an orc, a demon, an elf, and a bunny. Yet, these are not what you would expect. The bunny is actually a cop, the sexy, but tough looking orc is actually a financial expert, the demon and her shiny blue skin is a writer, and the elf is a bit of a free spirit! Each of these ladies has her own story, and getting to know them is what this game is all about. I thought that all four were very well written, so much so that I am having a hard time deciding which one I like the best!

Saving The Workplace

This more modern fantasy world that Sex & Coffee is set in, has us playing the role of a young man who has just taken a job as a barista in the only coffee shop in town. We soon realize that things are not looking good for this place, and we are going to use our woman-wowing charm to try and turn things around and save the place. Of course, getting to know our four main ladies is also a huge part of the story. I liked how you could get to know them all and play the field, or really focus on one girl and make her your special someone. I could easily see myself playing this multiple times so that I could see all of the content it has to offer.

Brewing Something Special

I came into Sex & Coffee expecting a standard lewd visual novel where I read the story and make choices here and there. However, while it does have that, it also has extra stuff like exploring the town, an after dark side quest for each character, and most importantly of all, you have to make coffee! The coffee-making process sees you take an order and then mix together the right ingredients to make it. This can be tricky, as some customers will not just flat out tell you what they want, and you will have to figure it out from the words that they say. I found this to be a lot of fun; it added an extra element of challenge, but it never became a chore or something that was too hard for me to figure out.

Talk About A Sweet, Sweet Fantasy Baby!

Visually, Sex & Coffee is one of the best-looking games that I have played in the last year! I have played a ton of lewd fantasy games, but there is just something about the design of these ladies that I love. I truly would have a hard time picking a favorite based on their looks, as I think that all four offer something special. There are some fantastic sex scenes in the game, and as the writing of these characters is so good, you will find that the sex scenes feel even hotter. The animation is nice and smooth, and honestly, the only thing that would have made this game better from a presentation point of view would have been some voice acting. I really cannot think of a single thing that I disliked about this game as far as the visuals go.

• The game looks incredible
• All of the love interests are interesting in their own way
• This game has some very hot and smoothly animated sex scenes
• I was completely sucked into this world and loved the story

Cons:

• It was so good, I wanted more
• If this were fully voice-acted acted it would be a 20/10!
