Chronicles of Leridia

Today we are checking out a lewd RPG called, Chronicles of Leridia. I was following this one for a while before I jumped in and it was actually the way the developer stated that they were a fan of Super Nintendo era RPGs and that was what inspired this game. Adding in a 16-bit style RPG with a lot of lewd action is my idea of an interesting idea for a game.

The Story Of Sylia

The game has a great story and one that I thought was well written and was a lot of fun. Sylia has dreams of becoming a guardian, just like her mother was before her. She wants to fight for what is right, protect people from monsters and be a powerful warrior. It is quite the noble dream, isn’t it?

Well, on her quest to make this happen she has to stay in this village where she will help people there with their problems and fight off monsters that get a bit too big for their britches. As you would expect, things go south for poor Sylia and before long she can be corrupted if you know what I am saying!

That SNES Style

I think if you played the RPGs of the SNES era such as Chrono Trigger, you will feel right at home with Chronicles of Leridia, well if Chrono Trigger had a lot of sex in it of course. The game is made with RPG Maker and it has many of the things you would expect from a game made with that. You have to walk around the different areas and interact with the characters to move the story along and get new missions to do.

The game has a lot to keep you busy and I enjoyed how there was a good mixture of combat with puzzles as well. The combat is quite simple, but I did like it. You get different stuff as you progress through the game and I thought the progression was quite good, not as grindy as some other lewd RPGs I have played that is for sure.

Cute, But Ugly

The visuals of Chronicles of Leridia are great… but also bad that is weird so hear me out. The gameplay is done in that top-down style and it looks great, there is a very good use of color here and it 100 percent looks like an RPG that could have been on the Super Nintendo back in 1994.

The game has a lot of lewd content and this is where it is a bit of a hit and miss for me. To start with Sylia is very hot and seeing her naked and getting it on is awesome. However, the “people” that she can do it with can be kind of gross, there is this one fat dude that she bangs and it is kind of gross if I am being honest with you! Now, this is a personal preference and I am sure that some of you guys will not be grossed out with this like I was.

Pros:

• I thought the main character was interesting
• I also thought that the main character was really hot too!
• It is cool how the developer was inspired by SNES RPGs
• The combat is basic but fun
• The game has a good number of things for you to do

Cons:

• Some of the characters are gross!
• It does not try and do anything majorly special
