Anomalous Coffee Machine

Holy crap did Anomalous Coffee Machine feel like a lewd game that was made specifically for me! This is a lewd potion making style of game, but instead of magic potions, you are making coffee. It is also a bit of a lewd visual novel too. It is the kind of game that is just so freaking weird, honestly, words, images, and even videos do not do this game justice! You have to play this just to realize how awesome its kooky and unapologetically weirdness is.

You Want Me To What?

The idea of the story in Anomalous Coffee Machine is a lot of fun. We meet this girl and she has this very special coffee machine that can make these very interesting cups of java and she is demanding that we use her machine and all of the ingredients that she has to make coffee. The weirder the better and she is willing to try anything that we make! The twist here is that this is not your normal Starbucks kind of coffee here, the stuff we are making has transformation properties that will change her physical appearance!

Is There A Wordsmith On Hand?

The dialogue and the general tone of Anomalous Coffee Machine is something that I really like. It has this kooky, weird, and spooky vibe about everything and that is something I get a kick out of immensely. However, I will say that I did find that things started to repeat quite often, and while it was not a deal breaking for me or anything like that. I do wish that they put in more lines of dialogue so that the same ones did not repeat as often as they do. Even the funniest line or the wittiest remark can lose its appeal when you have heard it multiple times.

Beauty And The Barista

The gameplay of Anomalous Coffee Machine sees us having to use the vast amount of ingredients that we have to come up with all kinds of unique and weird flavors of coffee. We then give them to this weird chick, she drinks it and we see if there is some kind of transformation. It is trickier than you may think as sometimes you have to put the stuff in a specific order for the “blend” to take effect. The game is all played with the mouse so you will be clicking around the screen a great deal. Now, I heard people say that this was a chore, but I never found that to be the case at all. I will say that after a while, you are doing the same thing over and over again, but there was just something about the possibility of coming across a new blend that made me want to keep on playing.

A Sultry Monster

The art style of Anomalous Coffee Machine is awesome, it has a kind of purple hue to everything that I thought was really eye-catching and the chick is nice and easy on the eyes too. When you do give her a coffee that has some transformation properties, the real show begins. It kind of works in two ways, you have these blends that will cause a kind of body horror monster transformation. However, there are also more sexy and slutty transformations that she can take! There are numerous sex scenes and I found these to be a lot of fun and a nice reward for your barista work. I do think that the art style and color palette that they have gone for here are something of an acquired taste, but I personally loved it.

• I found some of the writing to be very witty
• Coming up with new drinks was fun
• Some of the XXX content here is super freaking hot!

• Some of the dialogue does feel like it repeats a lot
• That awesome art style may not click with everyone
