Who's The Father?

Who’s The Father? Is one of those games where I had to try really, really hard to see the positives of. This is a lewd visual novel game and a very linear lewd visual novel at that! To be fair, that is not always a bad thing, but this is a game that just feels like it was thrown together as quickly as possible. I did manage to gut it out and get to the end of it, but I wanted to share my thoughts with you guys to perhaps help you not make the same mistake that I did!

It Is All About Control

When I say that Who’s The Father? Is all about control, I do not mean in a typical corruption type way like you may think. The main character is supposed to be the middle child of this family, but it turns out there are like four different protagonists in the game which makes it incredibly hard to know who the MC actually is and what people’s motivations and so on are. The father is away and basically, we get to control various members of the family and mess with their lives.

Suspension Of Disbelief!

The biggest problem that I had with Who’s The Father? Is that the writing is just not good at all! I am not putting the developer down for English not being their first language and sometimes language mishaps can be very amusing. However, one of the reasons I had such a hard time getting into the story was that there were large portions of it that made zero sense due to the poor translation. There is already a lot of reading in this game and when you have to read something more than once to try and understand it, it becomes a massive chore!

Just Get To The Point

I have played many linear lewd visual novels before and when done right, keeping the story on track and having it be more focused can be a good thing. That is not really the case where with Who’s The Father? In this game, you do get to make various choices as the story progresses, but from what I experienced the game is going to follow a particular path no matter what choices you decide to do!

Fit Ladies!

The best thing that Who’s The Father? Has going for it is the character renders. I really like what they have done here, the mom character in particular is gorgeous. The characters all have a very “fit” look about them. There are six packs and well toned bodies all around and there is just something very hot about that. There is also a decent amount of lewd content here too with all the main characters getting a moment or two to get nasty!

Pros:

• I liked the character renders
• The mom in particular is very easy on the eyes
• I liked how many of the chicks had super toned and fit bodies
• It does not take long to get through

Cons:

• The translation is very bad so the story makes zero sense
• Your choices do not matter at all
