Power Vacuum

Today we are checking out the lewd sandbox game, Power Vacuum which I recently spent quite a bit of time with. From the impressive character models to the interesting story, this is one sandbox game that manages to avoid the majority of pitfalls that many other lewd sandbox games tend to find themselves falling into. That Creepy Old Dude

In Power Vacuum, we play as Sterling who is a guy in his late teens who is finally returning home after being away for a very long time. What has brought him home to this house of three gorgeous women is that his father has passed and he has come to try and help and make sure everyone is ok.

Things are complicated by this creepy ass old dude that has his sights on becoming the head of the family! Sterling is going to do what he can to stop this and become the man of the house himself!

The Right Direction

On paper, the gameplay of Power Vacuum sounds like it is the same as every other lewd sandbox game you have played. You will spend a lot of time reading text and moving the story along with your various choices. What I liked about it was that there were many different areas that you can click on to go to and the game lets you know where one of the characters is. Their photo will always be above the room they are in so you know where to click. Some scenes can repeat if you do them in the wrong order, but I liked how they took away the massive grind and the “where the hell am I supposed to go?” aspect that many other lewd visual novel sandbox games can have.

The Big Three

I really like how Power Vacuum has a smaller cast of characters. You have three females that you can interact with, the mom type, older sister, and younger sister, the older sister is my personal favorite. The character models here and the lewd content are fantastic and all three of the ladies look great. The old guy that is trying to muscle in on your territory looks awful though, but this is on purpose, he looks so bad, I thought he was going to end up being a demon or something! There is NTR in this game, but it gives you the option to turn this off at the start.

Pros:

• I found the story to be pretty well done
• The three female characters all look great
• The gameplay is not your usual grind fest
• You can turn NTR content on or off, having a choice like this is always great

Cons:

• While I enjoyed my time here, I do not think I would play through it again
• Some dialogue sections can go on a tad too long
