Reunion

When I read the synopsis of what Reunion was all about I thought that it had the potential to be an engaging and exciting mystery thriller about revenge. There are certainly elements of that here, but this is a lewd visual novel game that by the end of it, I was only playing for the XXX content as the story just got way too convoluted for its own good. So, if you are looking for a game with some good XXX content this could be the game for you, if you want a well written and deep story, you may want to look elsewhere.

Getting Revenge

I love a good revenge story and at its core, I think that is what Reunion is trying to be. We play as an MC who has been away from his family for the last ten years. Your father has just died and you are heading home for his will and testament reading. Also, you are there to get revenge on the women and the people you feel are responsible for driving you out of your home! Add to this a bunch of family secrets and you have a premise that does sound very intriguing.

Wait, I Saw This Guy Get Shot!

The problem with the story that Reunion is trying to tell is that it makes no sense and is full to the brim with plot holes. In a scene I saw a guy get shot in the back and killed, only to be in the game later with no explanation! There are a ton of sexy ladies in this game and that is great on one hand. However, on the other hand, the cast is way too over bloated, you never feel like you actually know who anyone is and it makes it hard to care about characters. Also, the MC is a real jerk and makes tons of terrible decisions.

A Slow Burn With A Fiery End!

The lewd content in Reunion is the saving grace of this game. It starts pretty slow to be honest with you as they are trying to build the story and the characters. However, the later part of the game just goes from one sex scene to the next. The character renders are solid and I appreciate the developer's love for giant boobs and every character in this game has a damn fine rack! While that is great, the MC is a very weird looking guy, actually, all the male characters in the game have something off about their faces.

Clicking Till The End

I think if Reunion had delivered on the interesting premise that it would have been a very engaging lewd visual novel. There are tons of girls and romancing them all is possible, but I ended up losing a ton of interest in the plot very early on. This meant I was not really paying attention to what I was doing and just took any of the sex scenes that happened. Thankfully, the game was not super strict in this regard and I still got to see a ton of great XXX content even though I was not fully invested or considerate of the choices I was making.

Pros:

• The game does have an interesting premise
• Most of the women are easy on the eyes
• It is a good game if you love big boobs
• It is very easy to just click through the story

Cons:

• There were many parts in the story that made no sense
• There are far too many characters to keep track of
