MudBlood Prologue

MudBlood Prologue is a lewd management style game that is still in quite early development as I write this so there is a lot of work to be done here. However, I do think that there is some potential here and that I would probably come back and check this out when a substantial update has been done. Right now, the game is lacking in the content department and it does need a few quality of life improvements, but they are on the right track.

How’s It Going There Chief?

The character that we play as in MudBlood Prologue is a goblin chief and we live in this cave type place and we need to grow our ranks and try to have our tribe thrive. Of course, we need to grow our numbers and this means that we need to do a substantial breeding program if you know what I am saying. There is not a great deal here as far as the story goes, to be honest with you, but I do think that they could have something if they go a bit more in depth with the whole goblin tribes and other tribes thing.

Raising An Army

The basics of what you are trying to do in MudBlood Prologue is that you need to raise an army and this is a rather grindy kind of thing. You have different goblins that you need to use in order to breed the women so that you have more goblins in your rank. The more goblins you have in your ranks the more you can raid other tribes and take the resources and women that you need. The thing is, most of what you do in the game is clicking, and then waiting and the grind here does need to be a bit quicker as it can often feel like you wait ages for something to happen. The cave system has you needing to go to certain places, but more on that in a second.

Living The Best Life

I think that the grinding needs to be addressed, but MudBlood Prologue does have a problem with its UI and that is most evident when you are in your cave. There are around eight different areas for you to click on, but none of it is ladled and there is a quick travel type system, but it just has numbers and does not actually say what a particular door leads to! It can be quite frustrating when you click on one area thinking it is one place, but then it is somewhere else so you have to click to go back out and then click again and hope you have remembered the right door this time. It is such a simple thing that could be all fixed by just labeling the doors!

The Monsterverse

MudBlood Prologue is not the best looking lewd game I have ever played. The designs are done well, but the goblins and werewolf characters are just so damn gross and ugly. In another game, they would look amazing, but I have no desire to see these monsters banging these plastic looking babes! The sex scenes in the game did nothing for me at all, but I do appreciate the creativity on display here. If you are into gross monsters banging chicks, then you will probably enjoy the art in the game a great deal more than I did.

Pros:

• I liked the idea of the goblin tribe
• The human characters look hot
• I liked the training and management aspect
• The game has a lot of potential

Cons:

• The grinding is a bit excessive
• Navigating the caves is a nightmare and way more hassle than it needs to be
