Little Busters!

Little Busters! Was first released all the way back in 2007 by Key and Visual Arts. People who know how to make a good visual novel game! With this genre becoming more and more popular here in the West. They have made the very smart decision to release some of their most popular visual novels. Little Busters! Is regarded by many as one of the most charming visual novel games ever made and I would have to agree with that.

Friends, But Not With Ross & Rachel

If I had to sum up Little Busters! English Edition in just one it would have to be friendship. At its heart, this is a game that is all about friendship. The main character in the game and the person you will be in charge of is called, Riki and he has lost his parents and he would be really depressed if it was not for his group of friends.

Riki, first of all, is a great character, but it is this group of good friends that shined for me. Kyousuke, Masato, Kengo and the lady of the group, Rin. The way that these guys bond is something that is really hard to describe. The whole story, of course, has many twists and turns, but overall, it is the interaction between this group of friends that stuck with me.

Lets All Go To The Ball Game!

This group of friends decides that they are going to start a baseball team (which is kind of weird) however, they do not have enough players so they decide to go and get some. This is where the interaction in the game comes from. Riki will get to chat with these ladies that could be players on the team and each one becomes a potential girlfriend or close companion. The game does this so very well and I really like how much character development Riki has and seeing him become more confident was cool.

Plenty To See And Do

One of the things that I liked was just how much content was here. You have different story paths that you can do and in all, there is a ton of replay value here. Some visual novel-style games are over quite quickly, but that is not the case with Little Busters! English Edition, you have a lot to sink your teeth into here, but on the flip side of that, those looking for something quick may be put off.

Overall, I feel that Little Busters! English Edition is well worth the hype. This is a truly remarkable story and one that has a lot of heart. It will make you laugh, make you cry and above all else, you will care about the lives of this group of rather awkward friends!
