Jack-o-Nine-Tails

I have a bit of a love and hate relationship with slave trainer style games, but Jack-o-nine-tails is one of the better ones that I have played. This is a game that has been around for a while now and with its deep gameplay mechanics and incredible hentai art, it is a game that has built up a very strong following over the years. It has become something of a cult hit and while it took me a while to get into it, I must admit that it is very easy to see why so many people love this game.

Eternal Rome Wasn’t Corrupted In A Day!

The game does not exactly have a ton of story to it. The idea of the game is that it takes place in a mysterious and dangerous place called Eternal Rome. Jack-o-nine-tails has you playing as someone who is trying to make their fortune in this place and the way that you do this is by training and selling girls! Sure, it may not be the most “moral” way to make a buck, but you are good at it and it will grant you money and power!

In It For The Long Haul

Before we get into some of the gameplay mechanics that this has to offer. It is important to note that this game has one hell of a hard learning curve. I can see why some people would play this for like 10 minutes and get frustrated as hell with it, shut it down, and say that they hate the game. There are plenty of guides online that will give you hints and tips in regards to starting a playthrough of Jack-o-nine-tails and I highly recommend that you check them out.

Teaching The Art Of Sex

As is the case with other slave management style games, much of what you will be doing here is trying to get a slave to do what you want so that you can train them in the ways of pleasing a man (or woman) so that you can sell them for a lot of money. You can use many ways to get your way such as being a jerk and using fear or torture, you can even try positive reinforcement and there is always the age-old art of seduction. I liked how each slave was like a puzzle that you had to crack.

The slave management aspect of the game is a big part of what you have to do here, but there are also many other aspects of the gameplay. Our main character can improve his stats so that he is better equipped for what he has to do. There is an arena where you can fight and this means you need to buy weapons and learn new abilities and so on. It is pretty amazing just how much this game asks of the player. I think this will either be something you like or something that just turns you off instantly.

A Good Look A Like

The visuals of the game are great and one of the highlights of Jack-o-nine-tails, but there is something strange. Look, the hentai artwork on offer here is great with many types of girls, body shapes, and sex acts. The thing that is weird is that sometimes the slave you are dealing with will not look exactly like the one in the hentai scene.

It is hard to explain, but it is certainly something that I noticed. At the end of the day, great hentai is great hentai, but if you build up an attachment to a character and then they do not look quite right it can take you out of the game.

Pros:

• I liked the setting of the game
• It has some fantastic hentai
• Each girl feels like a puzzle you have to crack
• There is far more to the gameplay than you would think

Cons:

• I wish that the story was more fleshed out
• This game has a very steep learning curve
