Isekai Bastard

If you want to play as the villain, Isekai Bastard could be the game for you. This is a hybrid of a lewd visual novel and a sandbox style game, and it is one that at first I was not sure of, but the more I played it, the more I got into it. I have always had a thing for monster girls, and that is ultimately what made me decide that I needed to put some quality time into this game, and I am glad that I did. Now, I will warn you that this is a very slow paced kind of game, and there is a lot of reading required here, so if you want something quick paced where you can skip most of the dialogue, this is not for you.

I’m A Loser, Baby!

The character you play as in Isekai Bastard is described by the developer as an ugly bastard and a loser, and that is honestly hard to disagree with. He is a shut-in who just plays on his computer all the time, and he has nothing going on in his life. That is, until he comes across a new MMO called Necronomica, and he decides to give this fantasy MMO a try. Well, this was no normal game, he was sucked into the game and now he is a powerful Incubus character and in this fantasy land, he has all the power he has ever dreamed of.

Absolute Power Corrupts!

Our titular bastard in Isekai Bastard decides that he is going to be a full-on villain, and he goes about making the monster girls of this world into a harem who are willing to have sex with him and do his bidding. The twist here is that in the real world, all of the powers that our bastard has stay with him in the real world, too. He makes the decision to use these newly acquired powers to be a villain in the real world as well. It is slower paced, but I thought that was something that worked well for the story that was being told here. I think if you are into monster girls, you will get a kick out of this.

I Dare You To Say That Again

Gameplay wise, I think this may be what makes or breaks the game for people. Isekai Bastard has you making dialogue choices quite frequently, so there is a lot of lewd visual novel stuff going on here. The sandbox type stuff here is perhaps a little too grindy, as there are some scenes that you have to watch over and over again, and there is no way to skip them either. The rate of progress is quite slow, and while I did not have a major problem with this as I was interested in the monster girls, I can see why the grind here may be off-putting for some people here.

Beauty and the Beast!

The main character in Isekai Bastard is one ugly dude, but that is by design. He is fat, has a small penis and he kind of reminds me of Wario from Wario World, but without the moustache. The saving grace here is the monster girls, these are some awesome looking monster girls. There is a great selection of monster babes here, and I had so much fun when a new one would pop up. Now, there are some fetishes like the sharing and the futa stuff that may not click with everyone, but as a monster girl fanatic, I was more than happy with it. I do, though, wonder if the ugliness of the main character would be off-putting enough for them not to play it.

Pros:

• Hot monster girls are always a good time
• Playing as the bad guy was an interesting twist
• The story was actually pretty solid
• There are some unique looking monster girls in this game

Cons:

• That dude is pretty damn ugly!
• Not being able to skip scenes you have already seen is a bit annoying
