Halls of the Pale Widow

Halls of the Pale Widow is one of those games that I came across by complete random and boy and I am glad that I did! This is a lewd first-person horror game and it was just so much fun to play! The game has a random nature to it, a fantastic premise, and a hot, but creepy chick chasing you around. I played through the game a couple of times and had a fantastic time! I am honestly surprised that there are not more gamer streamers who are playing this right now as it has some super fun jump scares.

The Spirt Of A Horny Woman!

While there may not be a ton of story here in Halls of the Pale Widow, what we do have is more than enough to give you a reason for the things that you are doing. Basically, we are stuck in this creepy ass big house and there is a spirit of a woman that is roaming these halls. Now, of course, this woman wants to “get us” however, getting us in this case means banging our brains out to take our soul…. Or something like that.

The Generation Of Horror

One of the things that caught my attention about Halls of the Pale Widow and made me want to play it was the fact that the developer made it a point to mention the inspiration of the game. Rather than going for the pixel look or that low poly PlayStation 1 look. This game takes its inspiration from the PlayStation 2 and the original Xbox era. Think of games like Fatal Frame 2: Project Butterfly, Obscure, and Forbidden Siren and you will have an idea of what the developer was going for here. It is pretty awesome to see this era of gaming be classed as retro enough that people are now making games in that style.

No Two Ways Of Survival Are The Same!

I will admit that gameplay wise, Halls of the Pale Widow may not be the deepest horror experience, but it is more than enough to keep the heart rate pumping and get you a little hot under the collar! We have to explore this house and find the items we need to escape and the items we need to survive such as food. All the while, the crazy pale lady is stalking us through the house. You have a health bar and a stamina bar which drains when you run. Let me tell you when she shows up and you are not expecting it, it can really freak you out as you run away. You just sprint away, scared to turn around and see if she is still following you! While it may be simple, the house is randomly generated so no two play-throughs are ever the exact same.

That Sixth Generation Shine

As I said, the PlayStation 2 era was the inspiration for Halls of the Pale Widow and that is pretty awesome. The game has a solid look to it where things look good, but not in the same super smooth and realistic way that they do these days. The pale widow is very cooly designed, she kind of looks like an older, sluttier Samara from The Ring! When she gets you, she will have her way with you, but you can also “exercise” her soul if you get what I am saying! The lewd content is fantastic as it is fully animated and without sounding too crude, the pale widow has an epic set of boobs! If you have nostalgia for the PlayStation 2, you will really get a kick out of the presentation here.

Pros:

• The pale lady has awesome boobs!
• This game has some very fun jump scares
• I liked how each time I played, it changed things up
• I got a massive kick out of the PlayStation 2 era vibe the game offered

Cons:

• I would not have minded a little bit more lore and world building
• Some of the corridors are a little on the large side which is kind of weird

Halls of the Pale Widow is an erotic horror game with survival elements, which will give you the opportunity to enjoy cleansing the space from the evil spirit. The Pale Widow died long enough ago to become a local legend. Except that there are a lot of people who want to make sure that this legend is true at all times. But only you not only found the place where the ghost dwells, but also dared to explore this strange labyrinth. The spirit is really here, but the Pale Widow can be saved and you will gladly contribute to it. Embark on a dangerous and attractive journey in Halls of the Pale Widow.
