Graveyard Executioner

Wow, Graveyard Executioner is a lewd 2D action platformer that shocked me, and it takes a lot to shock me. When I say that it shocked me, I do not mean this in a negative way; I actually had a great time playing this game and found it to be an absolute ton of fun. What makes this stand out from the many other lewd 2D action platformers that are out there is just how bloody and gory it is, honestly, this is some of the most brutal stuff you will ever see in a lewd game!

The Grave Keeper Girl!

I will admit that I was not expecting a great deal from the story in Graveyard Executioner, but it was very entertaining. The idea is that there is this religious community that is ruled by a grave keeper girl, and she has captured several princesses, and we need to try and get them out of there before they are literally ripped limb from limb. I think that they give you just enough to go on here, but at the same time, they make you want to know more about this world and especially this crazy religious community that are the antagonists.

A Shotgun and A Shovel

The gameplay here is a ton of fun and very satisfying. The way the game works is that you need to do three runs to fully complete it, but the running and combat are pretty satisfying. My advice is to find a couple of weapons and max those out. For me, the shotgun and the shovel were the way to go; there was something very satisfying about the way you could blast someone with a shotgun. The game controls pretty well, but you need to use a controller. I started this with the keyboard, and it sucked! Even with playing through it three times to see it all, you are probably looking at three hours max to beat the game, so you do not have to worry about this being a massive time sink. Some may say that it is a bit of style over substance, as the upgrade system and the RPG-lite stuff are not all that deep, but it honestly never affected my enjoyment of the game.

A Vania Fit For A Castle

Before I get to the gore of Graveyard Executioner, I want to talk about the visuals in general, and they are awesome. The game in many ways has a bit of a dark and gothic vibe to it, think the Castlevania games series, especially those that were on the Nintendo DS. The game has some nice and smooth animations, and there is a solid variety of enemies that you will come across. The XXX content is pretty hot too, our main character is a total babe, and I love the way that her boobs are just hanging out, not all the way out, but certainly more than enough to give you a very good eyeful, if you get what I am saying.

From Limb To Limb

Ok, the horror or “guro” if you prefer, content needed its own section as it is mainly what has gotten Graveyard Executioner so much attention, and let me tell you, it does not disappoint. If you love gory and extreme horror stuff like Terrifier and Saw (they are always my go-to examples), then you will be blown away by how gory this is. I am talking, intestines ripped all the way out, limbs being ripped off, decapitations, and much more. It is very well done, and I got such a kick out of this, honestly. It would make games like Mortal Kombat 1 blush with how over-the-top the gore in the game is. Of course, for some people, this may be too much, but to be fair to the game, it is not exactly hiding that it is super gory; it is a huge part of what this game is all about.

Pros:

• I loved how over the top the blood, guts, and gore were
• There is a very intriguing premise to the story
• The game is actually a fun action platformer
• I got a kick out of the gothic nature of the game

Cons:

• The gore may be too much for some people
• You do need to beat it three times to see it all through
