Dismantling Workshop of Bio-Girl

Okay, so when I say that Dismantling Workshop of Bio-Girl is a weird game, you can take that to the bank, as I have a pretty high tolerance for what other people would classify as weird. What we have here is a very strange lewd game that is part visual novel and part something else, and the something else is unlike anything else I have experienced in a lewd game or any other game before now, that I think about it. I can see why some people may start playing this and be like, Nope, this is not for me. However, I found myself compelled to keep on playing as I was so intrigued by the fact that this thing even exists!

Bio Girls Of The Future

I have to be honest and say that I thought that Dismantling Workshop of Bio-Girl was going to be more story-driven than it ended up being. We play the role of some kind of former cop, and we end up roped into this shady business that takes these futuristic bio girls, think of them as androids or cyborgs, as that is basically what they are. The thing is, this business is all about chopping up these bio girls and then harvesting their parts for resources, which we then sell on. I think the premise is very interesting, but they could have gone so much further with the story.

You Can See It Shining Through

There are also some visual novel style elements at play in Dismantling Workshop of Bio-Girl, which I thought were fun. However, there is a pretty big problem with this stuff, as it never really scratches beyond the surface. I can see that there is a good story to be told here, and there could be some very interesting moral choices for the player to make, but the game teases this and skirts around it; but it never fully commits to it. I am not saying that this aspect of the game is bad or anything like that, but you can tell, it could have been so much more.

Chop Till They Drop

The majority of the gameplay in Dismantling Workshop of Bio-Girl has you taking a bio girl, and then you need to chop her up and harvest her parts. This is done via this timing-based mini game. For example, you may need to take her legs or feet, you might have to take her head, to get all of the fake blood out of her! There are actually only a few things that you can do to her, but you are doing it all to try and meet your quota for the time. It is the kind of thing that is actually pretty horrific when you think about it, but I think to be fair, they could have gone a bit more in-depth this this thing as you pretty much see all the game has to offer as far as the gameplay goes in the first ten or so minutes.

I Am The Legend of This I Robot

Ok, that reference may be a stretch, but the art style of Dismantling Workshop of Bio-Girl sure is interesting. The game is pretty horrific as you butcher these robots, androids, or whatever you want to actually call them. If these were actual, real women, I am sure that this would be a much, much different game, and honestly, I could see it getting banned. Now, you do as you would expect, get to see some XXX scenes with these bio girls as you decide that you can have some fun with them before you tear them apart. The art in these scenes is actually very well done, but there is not as much of it as I would have liked to have seen.

Pros:

• The premise of the story is certainly interesting
• The chop shop stuff is pretty horrific and unique
• There may not be a ton of them, but the sex scenes were great
• With just a bit of extra work, this could be great

Cons:

• The story and subject matter are pretty brutal
• The game is decent, but it is just lacking in several areas
