While Cyan Brain is certainly a lewd action game, this is the kind of game that is not for those who are scared of a little blood and gore! Also, this is a futa themed game as well so that as well makes this something of a niche game. Thankfully, I love both horror and futa babes so I was very excited to try out the first build of the game. I say first build, but this is very early in development so I would have to say that what we have here at the moment is more of a demo than a full game.

A Badass Babe Fighting To Survive

As I write this, Cyan Brain does not have much of a story. However, I can tell you what I know and what I have pieced together while playing through what is currently available. We play as a babe that needs to fight her way out of this lab/facility that is home to all kinds of futa monsters that want to do more than just kill us if you get what I am saying. I get some real sci-fi horror vibes from the style here, think of a game like Alien Isolation or perhaps a movie like Event Horizon and those are the kind of vibes that I was getting from the game.

Handling Your Business

When you play a game that is a very early build, you are never sure how they are going to play, if there is going to be some level of jank to them. Thankfully, Cyan Brain plays really well, even in this early state. I was most impressed with the gunplay. The game is played with a keyboard and mouse and the mouse aiming with your gun is already pretty spot on. I was very impressed with the overall control. You have a dodge roll which you will have to master as some enemies can kill you in one hit! As well as your gun though, you do also have a knife for melee attacks, one button on the mouse shoots, and the other stabs. There is just something so satisfying about head shotting an enemy in this game! At the moment, you can play through the stage in about 10 minutes or so, but it is fun while it lasts.

A Sign Of Things To Come

At the moment what is here is quite basic, but it all works really well. Cyan Brain though does have a few breadcrumbs for what is to come. It appears that the developer does have plans to put some kind of survival mechanic in the game where you need to get supplies to heal and eat. That would be quite interesting as the build of the game I played was certainly more of a straight up action game. However, if they do go the survival route, I would be interested to see what that would mean if they were going to add more exploration/backtracking to the game.

Pinheads Favorite Game

While I would certainly say that Cyan Brain is a lewd game or a porn game if you prefer. This is more aimed at those who love horror. The main character is hot, she has a great body with an epic set of boobs, but most of the lewd content here is monster futa creatures getting it on with our heroic babe. I could be wrong, but to me, it felt like this was all certainly played more for horror than it was eroticism. Think of the dark S&M horror eroticism that you get in the Hellraiser series and that is a kind of good idea of what to expect here. I appreciated the horror/lewd content, but apart from the main character, I never found it hot if that makes sense.

It is always hard to put a score on something that is so early in development. However, Cyan Brain is showing a ton of promise and by the time you read this, it could have already had some pretty substantial updates. As a lewd action game with sci-fi horror elements, in this early stage, I feel a 7.5/10 is fair as there is so little content, but what is here works really well. What I am very interested to see is if the game will make the switch from action to a more survival kind of experience as it moves along development.

I loved the sci-fi horror setting of the game
The horror vibe that this has is pretty creepy
The main character is super hot
Even in the early build I played, the game played really well

Cons:

As of writing, there is very little content in the game
I am not sure many people will find the XXX content hot as it is more based on horror

I love it when a lewd action game comes my way, so I was pumped to play Cyan Brain. This is pretty hardcore stuff, not just from the XXX, but the action with the gore and violence too. Badass is probably the best way to describe this. I will say that this is a game that is very heavily futa themed, so that may be something to consider before you lock and load here. It also has some horror elements here as well. I was really impressed with this, and I am pretty interested to see if more content is coming.

The Evil Is Very Much Resident

I think that, as far as the story of Cyan Brain goes, they are going for more atmosphere than they are straight up telling a great story. The game takes place in a lab, and this lab has been overrun by all kinds of monsters, not just any monsters, but big swinging dong futa monsters! We play as a badass female soldier who is trying to use all of her skills to fight her way out of the situation that she is in. In all, I like the sci-fi horror vibes that the game has, while not a direct comparison, I think something like the tone and style of Dead Space is a pretty good way to think about this.

Pain For Pleasure!

Before we get to the gameplay here, we have to talk about the presentation of Cyan Brain. Let me tell you, this game is not for those who are scared of some gore! This is up there as one of the bloodiest and goriest lewd games that I have ever played! Think of some of the most blood splattering fatalities from something like Mortal Kombat 1, and you will have an idea. The game has a very BDSM and dark kind of tone to it, which, along with the futa content, does make this something of an acquired taste. While there is a lot of sexual content happening in the game, I would say that it feels more of a horror game than a straight up XXX game.

I Love It When A Plan Comes Together

I will say that Cyan Brain is a pretty challenging game, but I do not mean that in a bad way. You see, the game has some pretty tight controls. You can shoot, and you can also use a knife in a melee attack as well. The game is all played with the keyboard and mouse, and I found our badass babe to be pretty nimble, which is a good thing, as some enemies can wipe her out with just one attack! You can dodge roll out of the way, which is a key strategy you have to get used to. It may not sound like the deepest thing ever, and to be honest, it is not, but it all works really well. She feels strong, but not too strong, if you get what I'm saying.

Getting Ready For The Next Section

As of me writing this, Cyan Brain has around a couple of hours of gameplay. We went from a short, basic demo to the first couple of chapters, and they are pretty intense. The game, for the most part, has all of the bones in place right now, and the developer just needs to flesh things out a bit more. One thing I will say is that this is one of those porn games where most of the XXX content is behind you getting defeated, it is not always the case, but it is certainly here. As I said, I am very interested to see what the next chapter of this game has in store for us.

I played the very first release of the game a while back, and I felt that it was a solid demo that showed the potential of what the developer was trying to do here. However, this recent update has really made Cyan Brain kick things up a few notches as there is much more “game” here now for you to sink your teeth into. If you are a big fan of blood splattering horror movies and games that are extremely violent like Splatterhouse, you will get a kick out of this XXX gore fest! The game is still being worked on as I write this, but I am even more excited to see what comes next!
