The music from Crypt of the Necrodancer is very well done and a great addition to the game. The music is catchy but also has a few more serious themes that fit the tone of some parts of the game. As you play through each stage and area, you can hear different versions of the same theme played differently depending on what character or zone you are in.

I really enjoyed having both full-length charts and short versions so I could use them as I wanted to in my own personal playlist. It's hard for me not to get excited when I hear some classic video game tunes!

On each level, there are four rooms that you must traverse in order to reach the end of the level, where an exit door awaits. However, these rooms are filled with traps and enemies which will kill you instantly if they touch your character or hit them while they're alive, so your main goal is dodging those traps and getting through without being hurt by anything in any way possible!

The basic gameplay involves you moving through dungeons (levels), collecting gold and items along the way so that you can buy upgrades at the shopkeeper (who sells items). There are four types of enemies: zombies, skeletons, spiders & vampires that you need to avoid because they can kill you if touched by them!
