If you are in the mood for a fun, lewd visual novel, Barbara: Sex Story could be just the game you are looking for! This is a game that looks fantastic with many cute and easy-on-the-eyes characters. However, what really made this click with me was that, as well as being about hot people having hot sex, this game actually tells a pretty fun murder mystery story, which was something that I got a pretty big kick out of as I progressed through the game. The Beautiful People

The setting of Barbara: Sex Story is the world of glitz and glamor, the fashion industry. The idea here is that we have this super rich dude called Edward Gold, and he is hosting a fashion event where all the hottest models and best designers come to show off at the fantastic Pink Star, which is an iconic fashion house villa. There is going to be a lot of new and hot lines of clothes being shown off by the designers and models, and in all, it should be a super fun time for all involved… but something happens to derail all of this!

Dial M For MURDER!

You see, Barbara: Sex Story starts off like a typical, all the hotties together in a house having fun, with Barbara as the main character. However, when Mr Gold ends up being killed and no one knows why he was murdered, and the killer is still at large, somewhere in this awesome villa. Well, we have ourselves a damn fine murder mystery! I had a good time with this. I think that the writing is the perfect blend of not trying to take itself too seriously, but without being all serious and stuffy, if that makes sense. Sure, it is not Agatha Christie or anything like that, but it works for what the developer was trying to go for here.

Cracking The Case, One Model At A Time!

I will not try and pretend that what Barbara: Sex Story has going on in the gameplay department is anything special and something you have never seen in a lewd visual novel before! Yet, what is here works and works pretty damn well. The story has several characters who are in this villa, and it is up to you to follow the story and get to the bottom of why Mr. Gold was killed and, of course, who did it. The gameplay moves pretty quickly, but with a story like this, you want to pay close attention so you can feel like you are Batman as you try and crack this case. Although I do not think that there are any Batman games where he gets laid by a bunch of fashion people while trying to solve a murder!

The Perfect Place To Be

As Barbara: Sex Story is a game about the fashion world, you will not be shocked to hear that the characters in this game are all very nice to look at. My personal favorite was the chick with the light brown hair who had a bit of a fitness model look about her. The fashion villa setting of the game is great, and I found myself really liking the overall design of the place. There are several great-looking characters in the game, and of course, these beautiful people are going to end up getting into all kinds of naughty and XXX situations with each other.
