A Few Days

I found A Few Days to be a really funny lewd visual novel and a game that I ended up really enjoying my time with. It may not be a perfect game, but if you are in the mood for a lewd visual novel that is not trying to be all serious and is kind of dumb, you will have fun with this. I ended up playing through the entire story of this game in one sitting as I was having such a good time with it. I wanted to share my thoughts on the game with you guys so you can see why I liked it so much.

A Real Dick…. A Private Dick

The plot of A Few Days is the kind of thing that for the right person will be amazing! We play as a private detective who has just been hired for what seems like a very easy case. You need to go to a small, sleepy town and just wait. You think it is the best and easiest case in the world, money for nothing, but soon, you will realize that this town is not what it seems.

What Is Your Problem?

You soon start to get pulled into all manner of weird goings on. You are only in town for A Few Days and word has gotten out about you being a good private detective so people are coming to you for help. These people are kind of hilarious and everyone has a story. You need to help people with all their dumb little problems, but more often than not, you end up in some kind of funny, sexual situation. Look, this is a game that is full of plot holes and if you were to really think about it, it makes very little sense, however, that was something I got a huge kick out of.

Choosing And Losing!

The gameplay of A Few Days is pretty much your standard lewd visual novel. You have to read the story and then make a choice here and there. It is not the deepest in terms of the choices you make and I often found myself wondering just how much my choices were actually making a difference to the plot. However, it still was fun and at the very least it was giving me the illusion of choice which was neat. Just do not go into this expecting a ton of important choices to be in front of you.

The 2 Second Wonder

No, the 2 second wonder was not the nickname the ladies gave me in college! I think that the presentation of A Few Days is pretty solid. The characters have a realistic look to them, but they mostly have huge boobs. I like the character renders and you never feel like you are waiting too long for the next lewd scene which is always good. However, the animation here feels like it is a 2 second thing that is just looped over and over, I would have liked a little bit more when it came to the animations.

Pros:

• I thought that the main character was fun
• There are many weird situations that you get into
• I liked the selection of female characters you could get it on with
• You never are left waiting too long for the next lewd scene

Cons:

• While I liked the story, it may be lacking in substance for some people e
• The animation could be a lot better
