Want to know when I knew that Viva Project was a game I had to play? I saw a trailer for the game and the person playing it had a camera, put the camera up the girl’s skirt, took a photo and she got angry and ripped it up. I thought this was hilarious and since then, this is a game I have been keeping a close eye on. It has gone through some pretty significant updates and from what I can tell, the game is still being updated as I write this, but you can check out a free demo of the game which is what I did.

Your Own Anime Girl

I am not 100 percent sure what the whole story of Viva Project is. What I do know is that the game has a Mexican setting and the whole premise of the game is that you create and play with your very own anime style girl. The AI in this game is very advanced and she will react to the way that you play and treat her which I think is going to make for some very interesting gameplay. There are already some great videos of this game up on YouTube with people doing all kinds of crazy stuff.

Treat Others The Way You Want To Be Treated

As I said before, you get to treat your anime character in Viva Project pretty much in any way you want. Want to show her you like her and shower her with donuts? Well, you can do that. Do you love hearing her giggle, you can tickle and poke her and see her do that? Want to try your luck and snap naughty pictures of her while she dresses? You can do that too, but she might get angry if you are caught. The whole point of the gameplay here is to play around with the AI and experiment with different things to see how she will react.

Wearing An Expression On Her Face

Visually, Viva Project is a game that I really do like. The whole Mexican style world that they have created here is decent enough, but what I love about the visuals in this game is that they have made your anime plaything very expressive with her face. The way she can laugh, get mad, and get upset is all done very well. You can tell by the look on her face if she is happy or not and I was surprised at how much of an impact this had on me as I played the game.

I cannot speak for the desktop version of the game, but the demo of the VR version of Viva Project that I have played is showing a great deal of promise. This is the kind of game that is just so much fun to play with. As you boss her around, play with her, and get more attached, you will be surprised at just how this game can connect with you on an emotional level. I am very excited to see what the next big update for this game brings.
