Urban Voyeur

Think of Urban Voyeur as a bit of a stalking sim and you will have a good idea of what to expect from this lewd visual novel. I was completely taken in by this and had a lot of fun with it! From the vast amount of choices to the incredible renders and XXX scenes. I love how this is a lewd game that has a ton of content and actually gives the player a reason to play through it multiple times and they do this without it feeling like a chore to do so.

Let me start by saying that the plot of Urban Voyeur is great as it gave me vibes of a Netflix TV show that I love called You. Ok, so we are not a murderer here, but the way the main character will basically stalk and watch these ladies without them knowing was something that was done pretty well. I found the story and the way he would get into these ladies' lives to be quite interesting and something that they handled very well.

My Inner Most Thoughts

I think that when you are dealing with a topic like voyeurism or stalking like Urban Voyeur is, you have to be careful with how you handle it and I feel that they do a good job here. The story for example is mostly serious, but I found the way that the guy would often share his inner thoughts with the player, 99 percent of which are about how horny he is kind of added as a comedic buffer (although, I am not sure if this is supposed to be funny) and made me feel less of a creep for playing this!

No Illusions Here

How many lewd visual novels have you played where you feel like you are getting to make lots of choices, but they ultimately do not matter? Exactly! With Urban Voyeur, you get to make many choices (this is a lewd visual novel after all) as you progress through the game in the various situations and with the dialogue with other characters. However, your choices feel like they matter here as there are multiple paths and endings that the story can go down. This adds a great deal of replay value to the game and I like how it lets you skip scenes you have seen before, it makes replaying the game to see the new content far less of a chore.

Yoga Pants Always Do It For Me

Of course, we have to talk about the amazing renders that Urban Voyeur has! This is an awesome looking lewd game and the character renders are great! There is one scene where he is checking out these ladies working out and it is one of the best scenes, I have seen in a lewd game this year. There is a nice amount of variety to the ladies and the XXX is animated which is something that I always like to see.

Pros:

• I really enjoyed the story of the game
• The MC’s monologuing was kind of fun
• Your choices feel like they matter and this adds to the replay value
• The presentation of the game is great!

Cons:

• The stalking aspect may make some people feel uncomfortable
• Some voice acting would have really put this over the edge
