Plot

The story is set up during fall and it involves a young man who has travelled to another state for college. Unfortunately, the young man arrives when the college dormitories are undergoing major repairs and there is a shortage of accommodation within the institution.

This calls for some of the students to put up with the locals to allow for the repairs to finish up. Luckily for the young man who is the hero in this game, he lands a lucky card and has to put up with a MILF in the neighborhood. There is so much in store as the lady seems to harbour some deep secrets which may take the young man, our hero, to unravel.
