It’s similar to Movie Tycoon Simulator 2020, but with better graphics and more options. There are multiple paths to glory in the Executive, and you’ll have to play through multiple times to experience them all.

When you first open the game, you have a small budget and no prestige. As a new company just starting out, this is pretty understandable. That means those big budget movies with lots of special effects are out of reach right now. In order to gain access to new genres, better directors, and better talent, you have to gain prestige by creating popular movies.

Every time you produce a movie, you’ll get feedback from the audience. This includes critic comments, and two critic meters, the “Soda meter” and the “Avocado meter.” Although they are related, they’re not the same. Critics might love it but it wasn’t very popular, or it might be very popular with normal people but the critics hated it. Usually, it will be a mix of the two.

Invested developers make a game better. When a new game is released, inevitably there will be a bug that needs fixed, or a change the community really wants. If the developer ghosts the project, you’re stuck with the original product with no hope of improvements.
