The Complex: Expedition is a psychological horror game in which your goal is to find a way out of an underground research building. The player gets the role of a scientist named McGrave, who came here to investigate some mysterious phenomenon. But somehow he fell behind the rest of the people and got lost in the labyrinths.

The gameplay of such research games is usually not diverse, for example, similar action can offer such projects as Backrooms Exploration, Escape the Backrooms and Backrooms Society.
