It takes a lot to shock me, but boy did Struggle Simulator shock me. I am someone who has played a ton of lewd games and I am someone who thinks they have pretty much seen it all when it comes to lewd games and then something like this comes along. Now, I am not saying that it shocked or surprised me in a bad way, but this is one of the strangest vore games I have ever played and to be honest with you, I had a lot of fun with it and just rolled with the weird punches that it was throwing my way.
Pred And I Am Not Talking About The Predator!
There is a story in Struggle Simulator, but in fitting with everything else that the game has going on, it is very wacky. There is this guy, being or whatever these white creatures are called Pred and the game is about trying to get out of the super strong stomach of Pred. To be fair, this is a game that is all about the vore fetish so I guess the story kind of makes sense. However, the whole thing has a real tongue in cheek kind of vibe about it and I kind of got a kick out of it. As Lydia Deetz from Beetlejuice says, “I myself am strange and unusual” so that is perhaps why I had fun with the premise here.
Casper Is The Odd One Out
The art style of Struggle Simulator is probably going to be what catches everyone's attention. The characters in the game look, well they look very weird, but also kind of unique. They remind me of Casper, by the way, check out Casper from the PlayStation 1 if you want a hidden gem. Along with these cartoon characters from a YouTube channel called Theodd1sOut. These characters look so funky and weird that it is honestly nearly impossible to take your eyes off them. The actual gameplay happens in an RPG Maker kind of style and while I still like the design of the white characters, I wish they went for something a bit wackier with the town as it has the same RPG Maker style we have seen many times before.
Not Your Usual Kind Of Experience
On one hand, Struggle Simulator has you doing stuff that you have done a million times before in other lewd games. You walk around the town, clicking the area you want to walk, you have these couple of stats that you can work on, but the real kicker and fun thing here is the combat system. You will come across people that will try and eat you and you enter into this mini-game where you have to press the space bar at the right time. Oh, that is not the weird part. This is where the vore part of the game comes into play and this stuff is freaking hilarious.
Turn Scat On Or Off
Hey, when a game right at the start gives you the option to turn scat on or off, you know that you are in for one hell of a wild ride. Struggle Simulator and the way it handles vore is hilarious. You will eat someone and then you get a series of options in regard to what you do to them. We are talking burp, squeeze, digestion, and spitting them out. For those that are not into vore, even though there is some deep digestion stuff going on here, I feel that this is done mostly for laughs so I do not think you are going to get grossed out by this.
I have said it a million times, but the vore fetish does not really do much for me, but at the same time I am not grossed out by it either. Struggle Simulator is probably the most fun and weird game about vore that I have ever come across. I was just kind of stunned and amazed the whole time I was playing it and I had a lot of fun going on this very strange journey. I am still not sure what the point of the story was, but I had a good time with it. Even if you are not into vore, if you love the weird and wacky when it comes to lewd games, give this one a try.
Pros:
- This is weird, even by vore standards
- I got a kick out of the character designs
- The vore gameplay is kind of fun
- Hey, they let you turn scat off!
Cons:
- It may be to weird for some people
- The backgrounds/town could have been a bit wackier to fit the character designs better

Game Reviews
There are weird games, and then there is Struggle Simulator! I guess I do need to warn you that what we have here is a vore game, as I get that vore is not something that everyone is into. However, this is more done to make you smile and laugh than anything else. This is something a good friend of mine suggested I play, and when he would not tell me any of the details about the game, I knew that it had to be something very weird, as he wanted my natural reaction to it. To say that I was cracking up over the absurdity of this game is a massive understatement!
Let Me Introduce You To Pred
Ok, so the story that is told in Struggle Simulator is weird and I mean super freaking weird and this may not mean much, but if I say something is weird then it has to be very, very weird. This is a town that is all about vore; these strange white beings like to eat each other, and that is the basis of what life here is all about. However, there is one person in the town called Pred who is different. Pred is known for having an iron stomach, a stomach that is very hard to get out of. The story has a real quirky vibe about it, and you can tell that the developer was having a lot of fun. It is one of those games where you truly do not know what insane situation might happen next.
Cute With A Twist!
I am a massive fan of the art style of Struggle Simulator. This is a very charming game… wait, didn’t I say this was a vore game? How the heck can a vore game be charming? Well, the characters in this crazy world are these adorable looking white…. I have no idea what to call them; they kind of look like the Pillsbury Doughboy, only I do not think he was eating people, so they would have to be in his stomach. The game is mostly played for laughs, and it works really well. The game has a top down viewpoint for the “gameplay” but we also have some fantastic, what looks like hand drawn art for the more “extreme” scenes, if you get what I am saying.
Quite The Situation We Are In
There is not a whole lot when it comes to the gameplay of Struggle Simulator, but what is here is pretty fun. You walk around the town and you chat with other characters, and then you will enter into some kind of combat situation. This is a timing based mini-game where you have to nail the right button at the right time so you can win the fight. If you manage to win, you are the one who gets to eat, if you lose, you are the one who is eaten. Now, this is not all there is for the gameplay as once you are “inside” you can try and struggle your way out or you can just be burped or pooped out. Sure, this may not have a ton of depth, but it is fun and it has a certain charm to it, well as much charm as a game about vore can have, of course.
Did You Say Poop?
Yes, I kind of just brushed past that, but Struggle Simulator does, in fact, have scat. Now, this is not the super gross scat that you are thinking about, although is there any other kind? Instead, you just get pooped out depending on the situation that you are in. The reason I have highlighted this is that the developer actually does something very cool and very user friendly here. Right from the start of the game, scat is actually turned off, but it is an option that is clear as day on the main screen. It is not hidden away or anything like that, for those who want it, it is there, and for those who do not, you can easily play the game without. However, I will say that while it is kind of gross, it is freaking hilarious.
At the end of the day, I can see why a game like Struggle Simulator is not going to be for everyone. Not just because of the vore or even the fact you can be pooped out and poop people out. This is one very, very weird game, but I like how it embraces its weirdness and just rolls with it. If you want a lewd game that will make you laugh, you cannot go wrong with this.
Pros:
- I got a real kick out of the crazy situations these characters get into
- The game is played for laughs, which I liked
- The timing-based combat is a lot of fun
- There are not many other games that have a quirky style like this
Cons:
- I would get if someone said this was way too odd for them to play
- At the end of the day, vore and scat are two very taboo subjects and not for everyone
