Planet Lust

As I am sitting here writing this, Planet Lust is not yet finished, but the developer has released a pretty sizable demo of the game that has far more gameplay than the “demo” tag that they have given it suggests. I am not sure when the next update will be, but what I can tell you is that already, what we have here is pretty damn awesome! This is an incredible lewd adventure game that just has a ton of personality! It features a very cool sci-fi style story, with interesting characters, great pixel art, and best of all, this game actually has fun and engaging gameplay that offers you more depth than you may be expecting!

A Hacker In Space

Granted, as I write this, I cannot tell you what the payoff to the story of Planet Lust is, as the game is not yet complete. However, I can tell you that as a sci-fi nerd, I got a huge kick out of the story that this game was telling! We play the role of a hacker who is put in charge of a group of four hot women, and we need to head off into space and onto a dangerous planet to try and figure out what is really happening. So far, I am really liking the interaction that we have with this one chick, but I am very excited to see how this is going to be fleshed out and what the personalities of the other ladies are going to be.

A Real Strong Set Of Intergalactic Bones!

What most surprised me about Planet Lust was just how much gameplay there was here. This is a lewd game that is trying its best to actually be a game and not just something quick and easy to get from one sex scene to the next. The developer has crafted something pretty awesome here already, and I am excited to see how they are going to build upon what they have done here. With this being tagged as a demo when I played it, I was not expecting a great deal, but already you can see that they have the basics and bones in place here, and now they just need to expand things and offer more of what is already here, speaking of which!

A Little From Column A And B!

The thing with the gameplay of Planet Lust, I'm not sure that you could pigeonhole this into just one category. That is why I would say that it is best described as a lewd adventure game, as it is a real mixture of styles. There is exploration, shooting, RPG style elements, and a fun XXX mini-game that I had so much fun with, I was sad when I realized that I could not do it again. What is here is great so far; I just need more of it. Also, from what I saw, if this were the entire game and it was just more of the same, I think that there is enough variety here to stop things from getting boring or repetitive, even if there are no new gameplay elements added with the next update.

My Michelle

That is a rather obscure Guns n Roses reference, and if you get it, you are awesome! The pixel art style they have gone for in Planet Lust is something that really did click with me. The game is played from a top down perspective, and while the game is in 2D, there is something of a Kid Chameleon on the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis about the main character and the way that they move here. In the version I played, there are a couple of different areas to explore. The game also has some great, more detailed sprite work, too. There is only one girl called Michelle in the version I played, but she is ripped, sexy, and there is a fantastic sex scene with her, which also serves as a bit of a mini game too. So far, so very good as far as the presentation of the game goes.

Pros:

• I thought the sci-fi story was a lot of fun
• Michelle is a total babe, and the sex scene rocks
• This game has some great pixel art
• I liked how there was a solid variety to the gameplay

Cons:

• As I write this, the game is not yet complete
• The sci-fi tropes may not be for everyone
