PJ MASKS: HEROES OF THE NIGHT

If you have kids, chances are you have heard about some of their favorite TV shows. PJ Masks: Heroes of the Night is a game surrounding the hit television show, offering kids the chance to play as their favorite character from the game. This includes Catboy, Owlette, and Gekko—and all the cute super powers that come along with them. The game takes place in 8 familiar locations to PJ Masks fans, fighting bad guys to help save the night from terrible villains.

Side Scrolling Platformer

The game takes place as a side-scroller, allowing your kids to jump from platform to platform as they try to complete their mission. The villains they fight include familiar characters from the show, including Romeo, Luna Girl, and Night Ninja. In one mission for example, Romeo has stolen one of the PJ Masks homework, and they need help getting it back.

As you play the game, gems will appear on different levels of the platform. Collect all of the gems, and you’ll win a prize! Throughout the sidescroller, there are also opportunities to gain collectable items such as cute costume pieces.

Driving Sequences

Apart from the platformer sections where you fight villains, there’s also a driving sequence kids can play. In this part of the game, the steering is handled automatically, but kids can choose to switch lanes or speed up. Kids will need to change lanes in order to avoid obstacles or collect gems.

It’s very similar to PJ Masks: Moonlight Heroes, but the graphics have been improved, and Heroes of the Night offers more abilities in terms of flying and wall scaling for each character. While Moonlight Heroes offers the ability to climb walls and fly, it’s clear that Heroes of the Night has taken it to the next level with more options and better graphics.

Decent graphics

Children’s games often have graphics as an afterthought, with poor graphics and often glitchy movement to go along with it. Fortunately, it’s evident that the developers have made an effort to change this with PJ Masks: Heroes of the Night. The graphics are bright, crisp, and beautiful. The motion is also very smooth, creating a pleasant look for your young gamer.

Perfect child friendly games

It’s not always easy to find games that kids will enjoy without content that is inappropriate for them. This game is perfect for the younger set, with plenty of challenges to keep them from getting bored. With so many kids games lacking challenge or brimming with errors, a smooth running and charming game aimed at younger kids will be a relief to PJ Mask fans.
