Mars 2120 is a space metroidvania side-scroller with elements of survival and science fiction. The game is set on Mars in the year 2120, when humanity has finally colonized the Red Planet. Players take on the role of a sergeant named Anna, whose goal is to find out what happened to the Martian colony. She will have to explore the environment and deal with the many challenges that beckon on a new, unfamiliar world. During the game, players explore the Martian landscape, discover new resources and find artifacts from ancient civilizations that can provide clues about the planet's past and its possible inhabitants. Players must mine various resources such as water, oxygen, minerals and food.
