Life as an Innocent Waitress

I will start by saying that Life as an Innocent Waitress is a game that is in very early development as I write this. This is a game that is a real passion project for the small development team (which is just two people from what I understand) and if this first release of the game (as of writing) is anything to go by, this could be one of the best corruption style lewd games in a very long time! You can blow through this pretty quickly, but it is very easy to see the huge potential that this game has.

It Is Certainly A Mans World

The premise of the story in Life as an Innocent Waitress is quite interesting. We play as a woman who is called Angel, and she lives in a world that is very hard for a woman to live in. Basically, there are far more men than women now, and in addition to this, women are seen as major second class citizens and are pretty much used by men for stuff like labor and, of course, their sexual urges. The kind of dystopian world that the game is set in is very interesting, and while there are many parts of the story that were not done in the version I played, I am certainly intrigued enough that I will for sure be coming back to this.

The Right Path To Take

The thing with corruption games is that some blow their load way too early and have your main character just give in to everything right from the start. With Life as an Innocent Waitress, you have a bit more say in the way that the corruption happens, even in the early build of the game that I played. This could end up being a slower burn type of thing if you want, where Angel tries to fight the urges of being corrupted and being used for sex, or you can make her just give in. I am very interested to see how this all plays out, as the bones for a very interesting and deep corruption system are certainly in place.

One Beer Or Two?

At the moment, there is not a ton of gameplay going on in Life as an Innocent Waitress, but there is something here, and what is here works really well. You have your visual novel type elements, where you are tasked with making decisions that will move the story along, and also the level of corruption that Angel is on. However, there is also the waitressing stuff here too, where you have to serve people drinks and be hit on in the process, which gives you a money mechanic as well as other stats too. There is a little bit of grinding here, but when they have all of the elements in place, I think that there is a lot of potential for this to be something very special.

I’ve Seen Her Around Before

I got a real sense of deja vu when I was playing through Life as an Innocent Waitress, as the game and the characters had a very familiar look to them. I am not saying that the game was made with AI, but it certainly uses similar assets for the characters, as I feel like I have seen very similar looking characters before. I like the more realistic look of the game, and the top down bar working stuff looks good too. The overall UI of the game is nice and clean, from making choices to serving perverts drinks, it is all very clear and easy to understand. As of writing, there is not a ton of XXX content, but what is here is well done and I look forward to seeing more of it.

Pros:

• The way everyone wants to bang her is fun
• The corruption aspect is cool
• This is showing an absolute ton of potential

• As of writing, there is not much in the way of content
• With only two folks working on this, I am not sure how quick updates will be
