If you want a fun lewd game with a great gameplay loop, Secret Care Café is the game for you. If you want a game that is just all about getting from one XXX scene to the next, then this is not the game for you. I have to say that I think that this game is absolutely fantastic. I liked everything about it! The visuals, the gameplay, and just the whole style of the game in general. It is one of those games where a five-minute play session can end up turning into a couple of hours!

Making Your Dreams Come True

The story of Secret Care Café is that our MC has a job that he does not like so he decides to take a gamble on himself and he and his girlfriend open up a maid café. The story is not the strongest aspect of the game, to be honest with you and it is kind of weird how the MC likes it when his girlfriend cheats on him. We do get visual novel sections in the game and this is where the relationships between the MC, his girlfriend, and the other girls that he hires all move forward.

A Real “Joker” In The Pack

I love the whole visual style of Secret Care Café and in many ways, it reminds me of the sections in Persona 5 when you are going about your business in the real world. Everything in the game has a kind of anime look to it which is something that I really like. The game has a very smooth kind of style to it and the animation quality here is great too. There are some XXX scenes in the game and they are very well done, but this is not a non-stop sex fest and it is more about the gameplay than just getting the player to quickly go from one sex scene to the next.

Managing Your Café

As someone that loves management style games, I got hooked on Secret Care Café pretty quickly. Each day you have certain things that you have to do. You have to order in your various stock that your clients are going to want, hot dogs, cakes, ice cream, and so on. You also have a selection of maids that work for you and you have to assign them to the right client, doing this will earn you even more money. There are different stats and so on that, you have to keep an eye on, but you want to make sure that the clients are happy and keep spending money.

The Back Room

In Secret Care Café, you could run your café in an “honest” way if you like. Or, you can have your maids offer other services to the clients in the backroom if you want. This is where the sexual content in the game comes into play. What I like about this is that to be honest, you do not have to focus on this if you do not want to. However, it is a great way to keep your clients happy and that money rolling in.

Pros:

• I thought the premise of the game was a lot of fun
• I love the visuals; they remind me of Persona 5
• The management aspect of the gameplay is very addictive
• I like how you can also offer “extras” for the clients as well

Cons:

• Some players may be put off by the management aspect of the gameplay
• I would have liked a little bit more in the way of options when it came to the story
