|Anime Games, Gacha Games
If you liked the base game, Gacha Nebula is going to blow your mind with its intergalactic theme and the several hundred new items for you to play around with. With its funky anime style and an insane amount of customization options. If you love to create and accessorize little anime characters, do not be shocked if you end up super addicted to this game. It is certainly the kind of game that is not for everyone, but if you have played the base game or love anime characters, you are exactly who this awesome mod has been made for.
A Gacha Club We All Want To Join
I am sure you have probably already figured out that Gacha Nebula is a mod for the very popular Gacha Club! I loved that game and it already had a ton of content. I loved dressing up my little characters and sending them off into battle, so I could reap the rewards and then have the ability to customize my little anime dudes even more! It is fun, it is addictive and for me, this mode gave the game a whole new lease of life.
So Much More, So Much More!
As is the case with any mod, Gacha Nebula is trying to give us players way more stuff to mess around with and the amount included here is truly mind blowing. On the official page for this mod, they say that there are 958 new things. We are talking about items, backgrounds, and more. Lots of more and fun stuff to play around with and get creative with. However, I actually have to say that the number is far greater than that as it has had a rather substantial update since it first launched! Prepare to waste hours and hours here screwing around with your guys and gals as you make them even more awesome than you could have ever imagined.
Sending Them Off To Battle
Unless there has been some kind of major update since I wrote this, Gacha Nebula is very much the same kind of “game” as it was in Gacha Club. It is a basic RPG where you send our little characters out to fight. There is a story mode, a tower mode, and much more. It is actually quite impressive just how much content this “little” game has. They have done a bit of under the hood stuff here with the game too, fixing a few bugs and making sure that it all runs even better than the base version of the game.
Nope, I am not inviting you to blast out some Beastie Boys with me, although that would be awesome. What I am talking about here is the overall vibe and style that Gacha Nebula has. They have given the game a new intergalactic lick of paint that gives it a space vibe, kind of like something out of Guardians of the Galaxy which is neat. I love the use of purple and the funky new soundtrack fits this “galaxy” vibe they have going on here perfectly. Last year they did a Halloween update that gave it a spooky coat of paint which was fun so I look forward to more updates from these guys.
While I get that a Gacha game like Gacha Nebula is not for everyone. I will say that if Gacha Club was something that you had fun with or if you still are hooked on it, this is a must play. The additional content is just staggering. I spent a lot of time with this and I do not think I even came close to checking it all out. With its bright visuals, anime intergalactic style and the whole fun vibe of the game, it is so easy to see why people get hooked on this.
- I loved the intergalactic style they went for
- It adds in so much more new stuff to play with
- At its core, it is the same fun game it was before
- It runs and plays a bit better than it did before
- If you did not like Gacha Club, this will not change your mind
- A bit more story content would have been fun for them to add
