This may be pushing the boat out a little seeing as its inherently a niche British porn but have you ever seen ‘Fake Taxi’. If you haven’t it essentially consists of young women being picked up by a taxi driver and then being combined to do some naughty things on camera to pay their fare. Well, if you think that concept is right up your alley, you might like Fake Lay, a game where you find young hopefuls and convince them to try their hand at the adult movie business.

This game plays like a number of mobile resource management games such as Cash Inc or Adventure Capitalist where the goal is to make the money as fast and as effectively as possible. However, instead of stock, shares or products, in Fake Lay, your product is girls looking to make a name for themselves.

Surprisingly Intricate

Fake Lay offers the player a number of interwoven systems that will affect your level of success. You’ll have to navigate minigames to sweet talk your girls into working for you, you’ll have to keep them happy with gifts and adoration, you’ll have to manage your own energy levels to hone your skills and abilities. Then, of course, the most important of the lot, that sweet, sweet cash. It’s a lot like Babysitting Cream in this respect, with a number of statuses and considerations to constantly be aware of. It can be overwhelming to begin with but you soon get the hang of things.

Then you hit a snag when the game decides to try to monetize your good time. To get anything done in this game, you can either pay for more energy and resources. Or alternatively, you can wait a ludicrous amount of time and return hours later to continue on your quest to be an adult movie mogul. It’s very much an intrusive aspect of the title and one that will undoubtedly ruin your time if you aren’t a patient player.

Cute Cartoon Chicks

If you manage to endure the mandatory waiting periods, you’ll be treated to some nude scenes and some adult content. The art style is very much like a hand-drawn American style cartoon and it’s pretty well done too. The girls are curvaceous in all the right places and there is more than enough on show here to get you hot under the collar. The only issue is that these scenes are few and far between and for the amount of time and effort you’ll have to put into this title to see anything worthwhile. In short, your time would be better spent elsewhere.

Shameless Money Grabbing

While this game does have some well-drawn artwork and some interesting resource management mechanics on show. It sadly undoes all its great work by being too hungry for money, which is ironic considering the nature of the title. The paywalls the player will face are completely debilitating and ruin any fun you can have with this title.
