EARTH DEFENSE FORCE 5 is an arcade game about the attack of the most real monsters on the most unremarkable, seemingly unremarkable planet in the Milky Way system. The aliens have received humanity's signal, but their response is more destructive and less diplomatic than humanity had hoped. Stand in defense of your home planet and destroy different types of aliens. Shoot, destroy and repeat until you're dead. There is nowhere to retreat to.
