Drowning Succubus

The title of Drowning Succubus was more than enough to make me interested in checking this game out. Any game that features a super hot succubus is always going to get my attention, and this game, even before I played it, had me excited thanks to the fantastic art that teased me into coming and giving the game a try. Now there is some NTR stuff here, but to be fair, this works in the confines of the story that they are trying to tell here. I will say that the slower, more personal touch of the story may make this something that is not ideal for those looking for a more wham, bam, thank you ma'am straight to the sex kind of story.

Let It Go!

The story of Drowning Succubus is something that appealed to me a great deal. Our main character is a young woman called Mei Ibra, and at first, she seems like your typical girl-next-door door cutie kind of girl. However, she has a secret, and this secret is that she is actually a succubus, and she is trying to be good, but she is more and more giving in to her sexual urges, and as you would expect, this can cause all kinds of complications in her life, which she is trying to live as normally as possible.

Those Urges Are Too Much To Resist!

As you would probably have expected, Mei is in a relationship, but the real drama of the story in Drowning Succubus comes from the NTR aspect of the story. Her horniness just gets more and more, and eventually, she just needs to find a release for it if you get what I am saying. I get that a slower burn kind of story like this one has, and a story that is trying to make you actually care about the main character may not be something that clicks with those who want more of a porno kind of story. However, I think the storytelling here works really well, and I was invested all the way until the end.

Blowing My Mind!

Mei is up there as one of the hottest characters I have seen in a lewd game in a very long time. Actually, as I write this, it is summer 2025, and I have not seen a better-looking character than this. In the preview screens I saw before I played the game, there is an image of her bent over, and if you like hair, wow is all I have to say. There are not tons of XXX images in the game, but those that are here are just spectacular, and it is up there as the best-looking lewd games of the year for me personally. The whole game has a very anime look to it, which I am a fan of, as anime porn games are something I get a massive kick out of.

She’s Got The Right Stuff

Wow, a New Kids on the Block reference, what is this, 1990? Anyway, Drowning Succubus is a lewd visual novel and one that has a bit of a slower and more deliberate kind of pace, if that makes sense. The gameplay on offer here is certainly nothing groundbreaking as far as this style of adult game goes. However, I felt like I was playing a pivotal part in the story of this succubus called Mei, so the gameplay did at the very least suck me in and make me feel like I was part of the story. Of course, on the flip side of this, if a standard lewd visual novel that just has a few choices for you to make is not something you typically find all that exciting, this may not be for you.

Pros:

• Mei could not be any hotter
• The image of her bent over is burned into my brain in a good way
• I loved the whole anime vibe of the art
• The story here has more substance to it than you typically get

Cons:

• There is nothing all that exciting about the gameplay
• Some may find this a bit on the pretentious side, I am talking about my review and the game!
