Clover's Space Beat

Clover's Space Beat may be the greatest lewd shooter that I have ever played! Granted, this is not exactly a genre that is packed with games, but this was truly an absolute pleasure to play. When my biggest complaint is that I wish there was more of this game to enjoy, you know that it had to have been something very special indeed! This game has a very wholesome vibe about it and while there is sex in the game, it is not just a sex fest for the sake of being so, it has more heart and soul than that and by the time I played through this, I was ready to jump straight back in and play through it all again!

Don’t Stop Dancing

The story of Clover's Space Beat is a lot of fun and we play the role of a bear called, Clover. The Drumstar System is a funky place where people love music and to dance. However, the evil and maniacal Dr. Deadbeat wants to put a stop to music, so he is sending his robot army to invade the system and put a stop to it! Brave space pilot Clover and his friend Miller are beat pilots and they are the ones who are sent to try and stop him before he manages to succeed with his evil plan. This is fun and quirky sci-fi stuff that will make you smile the whole time you are playing the game.

Friends to the End

What I loved about the quirky story of Clover's Space Beat was that it was not taking itself too seriously, and while this is a gay themed game. This was not just about two dudes banging! It actually has a lot of heart and soul, and it is a bit more wholesome than you may be expecting from a lewd game. I found the whole thing super charming, and Clover and Miller ended up being two characters that I like a great deal. The fact that the story is poking a lot of fun at itself was not lost on me, and I thought that helped add to the overall charm and whimsy that the game had going on.

To The Beat!

The gameplay of Clover's Space Beat is what holds this whole experience all together, and it is awesome. It is, at first glance, a retro style vertical shooter, however, you need to shoot and slash to the beat of the music that is playing on each level, this prevents you from just spamming attacks as when you attack to the beat, you do more damage and your combo score goes up. It sounds so simple, but there is just something so mesmerizing as you try to avoid enemy attacks, all the while attacking to the beat. There are only a handful of stages in the game, and each stage has its song for you to play through. However, even though the game only takes around an hour to beat and unlock all of the XXX scenes. It is so much fun and addictive, you will probably want to play through this game over and over again.

The whole presentation of Clover's Space Beat could not have clicked with me anymore. The gameplay stuff has a very cool modern retro vibe about it, the kind of thing that is clearly inspired by the arcade classics, but with a bit of a modern twist, thanks to the smooth scrolling and awesome shooting effects. The soundtrack in the game is fantastic and a huge part of what makes attacking to the beat so addictive. honestly, the music is some of the best that I have heard in a lewd game in a very, very long time! The XXX content is a lot of fun, but the game is not trying to just get by on this. The sex scenes have a bit more heart to them as the two characters connect throughout the game. Hey, they are still hot, but there is more substance here than you may be expecting.

• This is one of the best lewd shooters I have ever played

Cons:

• My only complaint is that I wish there were more levels
• With it being gay themed, some people may not be as willing to give it a chance
