White Cube

White Cube is a lewd visual novel that has some neat horror vibes. I am a big fan of horror and lewd games, so anything that mixes the two is cool in my book, which is why I was so excited to check this one out.

Lost In The Room

The story here is pretty interesting. We have two main characters to start with in Emma and John. They have been kidnapped, stripped naked, and thrown into a strange cube like room. They have no idea how they got here, but need to figure it out. This is more of a psychological horror type game, but the story starts out strong, then has a really funky twist that comes out of left field, and it doesn’t quite work.

Making The Right Moves

This is a lewd visual novel, meaning White Cube is mostly going to be you reading the story and then making what you feel are the right choices. I am not sure how many outcomes there are in the story, but if I am being honest, the story went completely off the rails, and I had a hard time knowing what the right choices to make were.

With Less Feeling

To be fair, the game looks pretty decent, and while it is not super smooth, there is a decent amount of animation during the sex scenes. Both John and Emma are easy on the eyes, and so are the other characters that are later introduced. In all honesty, the sex scenes were what kept me interested the further into the game I got.

Pros:

• I thought the story started really strongly
• Hot sex scenes!
• I liked the psychological horror elements that the story had

Cons:

• The story really goes off the rails towards the end
• It is still not complete
