Unreal Lust Theory

Ok, so I do have to inform you that Unreal Lust Theory is very much a work in progress as I write this, but man, the potential here is huge! To be fair to the developer, they are completely honest about this being an early access game, but if you ask me, I would say that the version I played was very early alpha, perhaps you could even make the argument that this is a tech demo for what they want to do! Hey, even with that being said, this has something about it that made me take notice and keep on playing.

Remaking A Classic?

When I first came across Unreal Lust Theory, I was scrolling through a list of lewd games, and the title caught my attention. I could have sworn that I played this before, and I had… kind of. Turns out that this is actually a remake of another game that is just called Lust Theory. I actually reviewed Lust Theory Season 2, so be sure to check that out. Anyway, they call this a “remake,” but to me, this feels like more of its own thing, but they really wanted to use the lust theory name with it, as it does have a little bit of recognition.

Making The Right Moves To Get Some

As of writing, there is next to no story happening in Unreal Lust Theory, but we do at least get the gist of what this is going to be all about. We play the role of a young guy who is trying to hook up with as many hot women as we can. The original Lust Theory actually had a pretty solid story, so I am interested to see where this one goes. From what I experienced when playing this rather early build of the game, it seems like it is going to be heavily focused on making choices, choices that may or may not make or break a relationship with a character. At the moment, there were only two ladies for me to get to know, but once fleshed out, this could be pretty awesome.

Get Out The Way!

At the moment, the gameplay of Unreal Lust Theory has you wandering around the house, interacting with a couple of chicks. I give the game a ton of credit for going the full 3D route, but things are not super smooth. You interact with a woman, and a series of options come up, ranging from talking to just straight up banging. From what I have read, there will be various tasks and quests for you to complete so I would assume you have to work up to building a relationship so that a woman will have sex with you, but right now, this is kind of like a sex simulator with a few extra steps. I will say that I do like the idea of being able to use a drone to move around the sex scene so that I can control the camera angle. The main issue I had was that the women kept getting in the way as I was trying to explore! I would get stuck, and it would take a while for me to shimmy out of it.

A Rather Naughty Endorsement!

The graphics already are pretty solid, and the few sex scenes that Unreal Lust Theory has in the build I played were a lot of fun, but like everything else in the game, you can tell that these are nowhere near finished. To start with, sometimes when you see one of the girls walking, her legs will not move properly, and it is like she is sliding around, which I will admit was unintentionally hilarious! The sex scenes are animated, but they are a little on the stiff side. It is not “bad,” however, you can tell very early on that this is a game that is nowhere near ready to be considered complete. One thing that I got a huge kick out of was the fact that this game has a sponsorship/endorsement/whatever the hell you want to call it with premier sex toy company, Lovesense. Hey, if a company like that has faith in this, who am I to argue?

Pros:

• The ladies look great
• I love the idea of the drone camera during the sex scenes
• A 3D porn game is very ambitious and they have great ideas
• The Lovesense thing is something I got a kick out of

Cons:

• The game is very buggy and very unfinished in the state I played it
• I can see this one taking a very long time to get completed
