Top Gear RPM Tuning is a racing game released in 2004 for PlayStation 2, Xbox and Windows. The game is known in Europe as RPM Tuning. The plot of the game revolves around the main character named Vinnie, who participates in illegal street races to earn money and build a better race car. In the process, he faces various rivals and bosses, overcoming obstacles and improving his car to become the best street racer in town.
