Holy crap is The King of Summer awesome! This is a lewd visual novel game with a few adventure game elements like stats and so on sprinkled on top. This is an absolute passion project by the developer as they have been working on it for a few years, and they just keep adding more and more content. What started as a game where an uncle has a thing for his nephew's girl has evolved into a massive quest to bang as many young hot babes as possible. This is a lot of fun and the kind of game that really does suck you in and make you want to keep on playing.

Summer Time Of Our Lives

The setup for the story in The King of Summer is a lot of fun. We have three main characters. There is a young, loving couple called Satoshi and Mary, and Satoshi’s rich uncle Kendo has offered the couple a trip to his fancy resort, all expenses paid. Uncle Kendo has invited them there to have fun, but seeing the hot and busty Mary awakens a real sexual urge in him, something that he has not felt in years, and before long, he is lusting after Mary and several other hot babes as he gets his groove back.

Kendo Gets His Groove Back

I found the story of The King of Summer to be a lot of fun. I have played many other lewd games that do a sexual awakening thing from a young characters point of view. The twist here is that we have an older guy, who may or may not have been a player in his younger years, but he felt that those days of fun were long behind him. However, due to Mary, he gets to have one more summer of love and get laid by all these hot babes, and remember what it was like to have fun during his younger years. Granted, most of this is told for laughs, but I do think that as a premise, it is very cool and quite unique.

Earning Those Man Points

I would say, for the most part, The King of Summer is a lewd visual novel, as you will get many options to make a decision. The twist here is that there is a progression system tied to your “manly points” as the story progresses. Kendo will earn manly points as he becomes more of a confident stud, and certain choices are locked behind having enough manly points to make them. Also, the game lets you pick which area of the resort you want to go to. While it is like a lewd visual novel, there is way more substance to the gameplay than just making dialogue choices. Speaking of which, I liked how during the sex scenes, choices would be thrown your way too, making even those more interactive. I will say that the game does have a ton, and I mean a ton of content, and more seems to be getting added, so this is going to take a while to play through.

Mary Is A Babe

I know I just said that there is extra content in The King of Summer, but for me, the main girl is Mary, and that is when the real story ended, as more characters would be introduced. Anyway, this is a great looking game, it has a very anime style to it that is bright and very easy on the eyes. Mary has massive boobs and an absolute dream body and seeing her in action with her boyfriend and Kendo is a lot of fun. There are plenty of animated XXX scenes that have some awesome sound effects such as moaning and squelchy noises too!

Pros:

• How can you not fall in love with Mary
• I liked the slow way that she fell for Kendo
• The XXX scenes in the game are a lot of fun
• This offers a bit more gameplay than the standard lewd visual novel

Cons:

• It is a bit of a time sink as there is so much content!
• Kendo having a huge comically large penis may not be for everyone

The King of Summer is an erotic three-dimensional visual novel about a hot summer and the equally hot events that await you there. Satoshi and Mary are already in college and even different majors could not extinguish the fire of love in the couple. One day Satoshi's uncle offers the young people to visit a resort and have a good rest. But the sun-drenched place awakens in the couple a new passion and the most interesting desires. Naive Satoshi does not even assume what his girlfriend is ready for and what drama unfolds behind his back.
