I may be a moron, as I saw the title of Raising Girl ~Excretion Management Simulator~ and thought that this would be just another sex simulator kind of game where I needed to have fun with a hot babe. However, the term excretion in the title was something that I glossed over, as I was kind of shocked by the content this game had. Hey, not in a bad way, I just was not expecting to play a porn game where making sure sex toys are not left in a babe or else she cannot poop! Yeah, this is weird, but it is the kind of game that leaves one heck of a lasting impression.

Meeting Her Needs

If I am being honest, the translation of Raising Girl ~Excretion Management Simulator~ was not exactly the best, so I am not entirely sure what the heck is going on here. However, the gist of it is that we have this big boobed babe who is bound, and we are responsible for making sure that her physical and psychological needs are being taken care of. From what I could gather, we are in some kind of lab, and it is up to us to conduct this research for… let’s just say for reasons, as I really have no idea why we are doing what we are doing. There are five endings in the game, and the way you get these is quite interesting.

Not Even Rocky Balboa Trained This Hard!

The gameplay of Raising Girl ~Excretion Management Simulator~ is rather unique. You have a training portion of the game and an idle portion of the game. The training is where you fill your bound big boobed babe with sex toys and put her through various stages of arousal. Now, you cannot just do this at full speed and really go to town on her; she has a stamina and vitality system, and if her stamina goes all the way down, her vitality will drop, and if this goes all the way down, well, it is game over. That is why you have to try and keep your stamina up.

No Rest For The Wicked!

In addition to the training portion of Raising Girl ~Excretion Management Simulator~, you also have the idle portion, and this is where our girl can get some much-needed rest before you start going to town on her again. However, it is here where we really see why this game is called what it is. If you go into the idle portion, without finishing the training properly, well, let's just say her lady parts remain filled with toys and as a result she cannot…, well, you know! This can lead to a game over, as let's face it, the goal is to look after her needs, and her being able to poop is a pretty big need! You need to try and get the perfect blend of training and idle sessions and then press the ending button. There are five endings, and depending on your level of training and rest, you will then get one of the five endings.

She Sure Is Hot

For a game to have excretion in the title, Raising Girl ~Excretion Management Simulator~ is probably right around what you are expecting when it comes to the visuals. However, the chick that is bound and played with is very hot, and I loved the whole anime style that she had. Now, this is not some kind of extreme scat…. Poop show that you have going on here, but at the end of the day, this is a game that is dealing with more, let's just say extreme fetishes, so you cannot come into something like this if you are easily offended. I will say that for a sex simulator game, I liked the UI as it felt like there were many different buttons that I could press, so I did feel like I was some kind of researcher. Although I am not sure what could actually be done with the data we are collecting, I am not sure!
