Project Mental

While Project Mental is still in development, I have been very interested in this game as it has some huge ambitions. This is a lewd RPG that has some great ideas, and while there is not a completed version of the game as of writing this, there are still some very interesting game mechanics, locations, and so on here that make checking this out well worth your time. I am very interested to see how this progresses, as the developer has a great roadmap for where they are hoping to take this game.

You Are The Story

The idea of Project Mental, according to the developer, is that this is an open-world RPG where you basically get to live your own life in this virtual world. We bring our own hot babe to life, and we can then embark on various storylines with characters that populate this world. The main one that I remember from my time playing the game was this stuff with an ugly dude whom we ran into. They have said that they have pretty big plans for this to be much more story-driven, so I am pretty intrigued to see if there will be a bit more substance to the story.

A World Of Adventure

Even though this game still has a long way to go before it is complete. I was very impressed with how large the world of Project Mental is. This game has some cool areas for you to explore. For example, in the build of the game I played, there is a cave, a hospital, a salon, and our home to explore, and each one offers something different in regards to characters and things to do. Walking around is a little odd as we have a behind the shoulder camera, but I did find that it made it a little tricky to navigate through tighter areas, but to be fair, this could just be a me problem. At the moment, there are a handful of things to do here, but the developer has some pretty big plans.

Living A Second Life

Ok, not all of the features I am going to talk about are currently in Project Mental, but some of them are, and some are planned for future updates. There is a character customization thing where you can work a job to get money to buy new clothes. You also have to take care of yourself in making sure that you eat, clean, and even go to the bathroom. There is customization of your home, and there will also be a cooking system. There is also a very interesting system, but I am not sure if it is a necessary system where you can get sick. They may not have all the features they want to put in the game there yet, but they have certainly given themselves a good place to start.

Hey There Red

Let’s start with the obvious when it comes to Project Mental, and that is the red headed protagonist is so hot! The whole game looks fantastic and the lewd scenes that I came across as I was playing it were nicely animated and I give the developer a big high five for the cheeky butt plug I was not expecting. While the XXX stuff is great, I think that the rest of the game also looks pretty good too. Not all of the locations are here in the build that I played, but I think the locations have a nice variety to them. There are some darker elements to the game, such as tentacles and a weird evil/occult thing, so it will be interesting to see how that side of the game plays out.

Pros:

• The main character is hot
• This is a fun second life XXX simulator style game
• There is a decent amount of content here already
• They have some great plans for this game

Cons:

• As of writing, a lot of the stuff the dev wants in the game is not there
• I can see this taking a while to get completed
