For such a short game, Princess Honey Trap left one hell of an impression. This is a lewd action RPG that tells a really great fantasy story with a little hint of sci-fi sprinkled on top as we are dealing with time travel here. I came into this game pretty blind and I am so glad that I did as the story legit shocked me with how much it grabbed me. While I did just say that the game is short, it does have multiple endings so you do have a reason to play through it more than once.

What’s My Weakness? Women

That was a little play on the iconic What A Man song there. However, for Princess Honey Trap it is actually very fitting. The game takes place in a fantasy land and we play as a hero who is the ultimate warrior and cannot be stopped by anyone…. Except when we discover that he has a major weakness and that is women who can make him weak at the knee and tempt him with sex. It is a fun story, but it actually has way more depth than you may think.

If I Could Turn Back Time

Hey, we already referenced one famous song by a female group so a Cher reference is very fitting. Anyway, Princess Honey Trap tells a story that well and truly shocked me with how much heart it had. Yes, this is technically a story about fem dom, but the story does also have a more wholesome kind of vibe about it and I thought that the way the story wrapped up in that first ending was perfect. There are four endings to get, but that first one truly does nail things shut in a great way that made me smile. I would recommend not reading too much about the story as that is the best thing about the game. Also, time travel stories can get a bit messy, but that was not the case here.

The Art Of Battle

The story of Princess Honey Trap impressed me with how good it was, but the gameplay here is just as impressive. This is a top down lewd RPG that has you going around, chatting to people, completing your quest, and getting into combat. It is the combat that most impressed me here as the combat scenarios are few and far between, but these are not like your typical combat scenes. They are quite lengthy as they are not just about attacking, you also have to try and rebuff the sexy babe's advances towards you. It is honestly quite hard to describe, but it is so much fun and keeps you on your toes during each of the battles. If you do not pay attention and do the wrong thing, you are in trouble! The game is on the short side, but it was so good that it did leave me wanting more.

I Know What I Like

So far we have established that the story blew me away in Princess Honey Trap and that the gameplay was also something that surprised me a great deal. I can also happily say that the presentation of the game is also amazing. The top down RPG stuff is right around what you would expect, but the game is always throwing these large character portraits on the screen that look amazing! The lewd content here is animated and while they are short animated loops, I did not mind one bit. As a lover of huge boobs, I got a massive kick out of the character designs, there is a boob sucking scene with a fairy chick that was a real highlight for me! The game is also supported by some high quality Japanese voice acting that gives the game even more personality.

• The second ending I got was not as good as the first
• I do wish it had English voice acting
