PerfectLover

As soon as I saw the title of PerfectLover, I was a little surprised. I did not remember giving the approval for someone to make a video game about my sexual prowess…. Ok, bad jokes aside (actually, scratch that, I am a modern-day love guru!), this is a game that caught my attention right from the moment I saw it. One of those games that I knew I had to sink some serious time into. However, I went into this thinking that I was in for something that was not just about hot sex, but with a bit of substance to the story as well. Turns out that is not exactly what this is, but what it is, is still a great deal of XXX fun.

When Three Become One

If I had a penny for every time I made that Spice Girls reference, I would have about five pennies. Anyway, there are three girls for you to have your wicked way with in PerfectLover, and they each have their own thing going on. Our three girls are Saori, Reika, and Shiori, with the “idea” being that you get to know each of these girls on a personal level and build up a relationship with them. Well, that was how the game was described to me, making me think I was in for some kind of sex simulator with lewd visual novel elements, and that was a huge reason as to why I was excited to check this game out.

So Who Are You Again

The thing is, PerfectLover has next to no story. The game tells you that you will have to make the right moves to get these girls on your side and even make them pregnant, but there are no big choices to be made as far as the narrative goes. The girls do have different personalities in their overall vibe, but most of their story is going to be something that you fill in for yourself. To be honest, I was very disappointed by this as I thought I was in for some kind of story-driven porn game. Had I known going into this that it was very light on story, I could have given it a pass for this.

A Night To Remember

If you ask me, PerfectLover is a game that is best described as a sex simulator game. You start by picking which one of the three girls that you want to spend the night with, and then you have to turn them on so much, they are willing to do anything that you want. To be fair, you do start off with foreplay and build up their affection rating, before their lust rating, so there is a bit of actual gameplay here, as you cannot just dive straight in. There are many different things that you can do with the girls, so for a sex simulator, it has more than enough to keep you busy. The game does have pregnancy, but there is no real gameplay attached to this; you just click a button and BAM, they are knocked up.

Making It Hard To Choose!

One thing I will say is that all three of our ladies are very easy on the eyes. Each of the chicks in PerfectLover has her own style, and honestly, I am not sure which one I like the best. The game looks fantastic, with characters that have a mixture of real and anime about them. The sex content here is epic. I am not usually an internal camera kind of guy, but this game does it very well. Also, there is no BS censorship here, and I know that this sounds weird, but the game has some of the best looking… hmmm, how do I say this, I will stay classy and say “lady parts” that I have seen in a lewd game. The game looks so great, I truly wanted to do everything nasty thing that I could with each of the three characters.

Pros:

• All three of the ladies are hot
• There are many fun things you can do with them
• The affection/lust system is interesting
• It has a great use of an internal camera

Cons:

• The game is very, very lacking in the story department
• While there is a lot here, a few more fetishes would have been cool

PerfectLover is a romance simulator that introduces you to three charming beauties, each of whom can become something more for you. Interact with the three girls, get to know them better and eventually unlock new levels of kink with them. The more you have in common with a girl, the more is unlocked with her in bed. Choose the angle, locations and clothes for the girl, watching the process from all sides, even from inside.
