Overbowed

Overbowed is a gloomy pixel metroidvania in the best traditions of old-school Gameboy games. The story unfolds in a fantasy world where players take on the role of a hero who must save his world from the impending threat of the Sorcerer. The protagonist, armed with a powerful bow and arrow, embarks on a dangerous journey to defeat the dark forces threatening his once peaceful kingdom. The battle system is built in such a way that each monster has resistance to a certain type of attack. To win you need to wear a certain talisman, and sometimes several in the right combination. Talismans can be obtained from bosses.
