Lovely Neighborhood

There were two things that drew me towards Lovely Neighborhood. First of all, the game has a really hot chick with a ripped body as one of the main screenshots that they use to promote this game. Secondly, while she is hot, she has this weird anime face that I just could not take my eyes off and that is saying something as this woman was ripped! This is a lewd visual novel game and one that I did have a lot of fun with. I think if you are into lewd visual novels that are more about going from banging one chick to the next, this could be for you.

Hanging Out For The Summer

Ok, tell me if the plot of Lovely Neighborhood sounds familiar to you. We play as a young guy that we can name (although the chick still calls him something else) and class is out for the summer so we are going to stay with and hang out with our hot aunt Ruby….. yeah, this is the setup for tons of lewd games and actual porn movies as well. Hey, I get a kick out of this as it is so cliché that you cannot help, but have fun with it. Plus, let’s face it, this is a fantasy that I am sure many young men have had!

Gotta Go Fast

Nope, I am not watching Sonic the Hedgehog! However, speed is the name if the game as far as the story in Lovely Neighborhood goes. I say this because the plot moves at like 100 miles per hour. Ok, so the plot is not all that deep in the first place, but there is this very quick pace to pretty much every scene, almost like the game is in a rush to make the player get to the next point. The translation is a little wonky in places too, but rather than looking at that as a negative, I actually had a lot of fun with it and thought that it helped add a bit of quirky charm to the experience.

Making The Best Kind Of Moves

The frantic pace that the story is told in Lovely Neighborhood makes me think that the developer really wants us to get to the lewd content as quickly as possible. You get to chat with characters in the game and then you are tasked with making choices. Thankfully, the MC is hung like a bull and chicks seem to just lose their minds around him so making the right choice so that you can have sex with them is not all that hard at all. As far as the gameplay goes, it may be simplistic, even for a lewd visual novel, but I would not say it is bad. If anything, it makes it ideal if you are in the mood for a game that is a bit easier to play.

She Is Yoked!

The bodies of the characters in Lovely Neighborhood is awesome. Ruby is a knockout who clearly loves to spend a great deal of time in the gym. I am always a fan of a female bodybuilder so I love the decision to make Ruby like that. However, outside of this, there are some very strange decisions in the character designs. The bodies may look amazing, but the faces have this weird, almost plastic look about them, kind of like they have anime eyes on a regular face if that makes sense. Also, the backgrounds are done in a very realistic kind of style, the “shine” the characters have makes them look like they are from a different world. It is not bad by any means, just a bit weird.

Pros:

• Ruby is jacked and that is awesome
• I got a kick out of the weird way the characters looked
• The cliché story is pretty fun
• This is a very easy and chill game to play through

Cons:

• The character designs are not going to be for everyone
• The frantic pace of the story means you do not take much in

Lovely Neighborhood is an erotic visual novel about summer vacation and growing up in the company of familiar people. Every summer the protagonist spent in the company of his aunt, who lives in the sunniest state.
