Itazura Gokuaku

Is Itazura Gokuaku really a game about playing as a dude who wants to molest chicks on the train??? Well, I would have to say that it kinda is, but there is much more to this story than just that. At its core, I would say that this is a story about revenge, revenge, and just a bat crap crazy dude who is looking to molest cute chicks. This is the kind of game where if you are not taking it seriously, you can have some fun with it, and honestly, that is the best way to come to this game. It is so over the top, I found myself legit laughing at some of the crazy dialogue that I was reading.

Wrong Place At The Wrong Time

The main character in Itazura Gokuaku was on the train one day and wanted to feel up some cute girls. Well, they turned him in, and there were some false charges made, and this guy ends up getting his perverted ass in prison. Well, he ends up serving his time, and while he is serving his time, he comes up with a plan, a plan for revenge. He is going to get out of prison, and as soon as he does, he wants to make those who turned him in pay…. And he wants to get back into the whole public molestation thing, too.

We Are Family

The whole imprisonment and revenge part of Itazura Gokuaku is a lot of fun, but I think that the added element of our main character meeting his long-lost sister was very interesting. She is willing to help our MC as she is in a bit of a bind herself. From what I experienced, the story plays it all 100 percent straight. However, it is so over the top, and some of the stuff that the characters say is so wacky, it kind of feels like it is a parody, but I think that may be something to do with the translation. While I dug it, I do think that there will be some people who just cannot get into the story.

All The Girls!

I am a big fan of the art style of Itazura Gokuaku. It has a very anime and hentai look to it. There are several girls in the game, and they all have their own unique look. For example, you have Hikaru, who is a tough girl and a bit of a punker. You have Hinata, who is an athlete and a bit of a tomboy. That is just an example of two of the girls in the game and how different they are. Each girl has a couple of sex scenes for you to unlock, and these are a lot of fun…. Well, as much fun as watching some kind of revenge-crazed pervert feel up chicks on the train can be.

Making You Work For It

Gameplay wise, Itazura Gokuaku has you walking around, trying to get your hands on these girls. This is quite a challenging game, and the chicks do not just let you get your mitts on them. You have to work at it and build up to them, allowing you… Or you're just going to town on them. Each character has her own personality, and from what I could tell, you can get different endings depending on what you do. To be fair, the game is pretty easy, and there was nothing really cryptic or hard to understand.

Pros:

• I liked the tale of revenge!
• The sister added an extra element to the story
• This game has some really fun XXX content
• The gameplay was pretty laid-back and easy

Cons:

• The subject matter will turn some people off
• While I liked it, I do not think I would want to see all of the endings
