Fallout: Pip-Booty

I am always up for a lewd parody game, and Fallout: Pip-Booty came across my radar, and I knew that I had to play it. There have been a few different Fallout porn games over the years and I always check them out as I am a huge fan of the franchise. This is a very ambitious game, and I feel that the point-and-click adventure style gameplay that they have gone for here works very well with the overall style and tone of this franchise. I got pretty hooked on this, and if you are into this series and love lewd games, I am sure that you will love it too.

Welcome To The No Fap Vault

As far as the story of Fallout: Pip-Booty goes, they manage to keep that Fallout style, but make it a porn game at the same time. We play as a vault dweller who lives in Vault 6969, a vault where all lewd activity has been banned, leading to people getting a little sexually frustrated if you get what I'm saying. Outside of the vault is your typical Fallout 4 style wasteland, and there are some interesting characters out there for sure, including a “villain” that I think is just awesome.

Step On Me, Mistress Domina

Outside of the vault that we call home is the wasteland, and this wasteland is ruled by Mistress Domina and her Church of the Holy Mommy. Fallout: Pip-Booty is just nailing it with the story here, and basically, we come across this church and we have to decide if we are going to try and stand up against it, or will we end up giving in to our darker desires and end up at the mercy of the church. The game plays it all straight and it is very impressive how the story does have a very “Fallout” feel to it, just with a very XXX twist added to it. If you are a fan of the Fallout games, I am certain that you will get a kick out of the story that is being told here.

Falling Into Place

I would say that point-and-click adventure is the best way to describe this, but I am sure some people will also refer to Fallout: Pip-Booty as a sandbox adventure game. This is a game that is all about making choices. You are given many choices in the game in regards to what you do and also what you say to people, and these choices feel like they have major consequences; you can even die in this game! There is also a kind of rogue-like card combat system that may not be all that deep, but it is a lot of fun and fits with the tone and vibe of the game really well. There are stats to be developed, items to get, and money to be made. This is one of those games that feels like there is always something that needs your attention.

Is AI Art Still Art?

We are getting more and more lewd games that are embracing AI art, and Fallout: Pip-Booty is a prime example of that. The characters look fantastic, especially some of the hot poses that the ladies get into, I do think that some animated sex scenes would have been nice, but I am not sure if we are there yet with AI art in porn games. One thing that is weird is that while I love the overall style of the game, as it fits the whole Fallout theme. You are forced to play the game in a rather small window on your computer, and there is no way to change it. At the end of the day, it is not a deal-breaker, but I do wonder if this is down to them using AI art.

Pros:

• The main character is very attractive
• I was impressed with the quality of the AI art
• The story is a fun porn parody of the Fallout series
• The gameplay has way more depth than I was expecting

Cons:

• If you are not familiar with the franchise, this may not be for you
• The whole small window the game is in is a little strange
