To be fair, Cricket 23 also had great gameplay, but with this year's game, it does feel like they have fine tuned things a bit to give players even more control and precision. The thing here is that while this does make it more “sim” and realistic, I honestly do not think that it comes at the expense of the fun. I will say that it may take a few more games to get used to this, but not so long that you will lose interest and not want to stick with it.
