Bubbles and Babes

While Bubbles and Babes is not yet fully complete as I write this, from what I understand, the full release of this is coming later this year. I had a great time with this. I just loved the quirky and over-the-top vibe of the story, the awesome anime-style visuals, and the incredible animated sex scenes. This is a lewd adventure that will have you wearing a huge goofy grin the whole time that you are playing the game. From the start, all the way up until I reached the final part of the story, I was having a truly awesome time playing this game.

Leaving The Big City

How many lewd games have an MC that has to leave their life in the city to return home for some reason? Well, you can add Bubbles and Babes to that list, as in this game, our family bathhouse needs our help, and we have been instructed to return to it and try to turn it around so that it does not have to close its doors. However, we also end up with a massive penis, and that makes it very hard for the ladies of this bathhouse to resist us, and who are we to say no to some hot, thick anime babes?

Leaning Into Those Cliches!

While the story of this game has pretty much every cliché that a lewd game could possibly have. I think that Bubbles and Babes really leans into this and have some fun with it. This is a game that is not trying to be more than it is. You have your goal, which is to save the bathhouse, but lots of hot and sometimes awkward situations may get in the way. I loved the quirky nature of the writing here, and some of the ways that the ladies worship your huge penis is absolutely hilarious. If you just have fun with this story, I am certain that you will be smiling and laughing the whole way through the game.

That is an actual quote from the trailer of the game, by the way! I read the description of Bubbles and Babes and they make it sound like the game is a lewd visual novel and there are those elements here for sure. However, I think that is the developer doing themselves a disservice, as this is more like a lewd adventure game, as there is some exploration to do, items to find, and even a few other surprises. I did not find this one of those games where I struggled to know what to do next, but the way that the game tries to keep you on track, while on occasion giving you a little wiggle room to try something else, was very well done, and it made it super entertaining and fun to play.

I Need A Trip To This Bathhouse

Bubbles and Babes is one of the best-looking lewd games that I have played this year. The game has a very bright and vibrant, I would say anime look to it, and I love how exaggerated the characters are, and these are some very horny characters. Our MC and his magically large penis are hilarious, and the way these chicks cannot get enough of him is awesome. The sex scenes are nicely animated, and there is plenty of animation to make the game more cinematic, outside of the sex scenes as well. The biggest surprise for me was the sound. This game is voice-acted, and the voice acting is great; it just adds so much more personality to these wacky characters that are at this insane bathhouse.

Pros:

• I got a kick out of the cliché lewd game story that was told
• The quirky characters are a lot of fun
• I was blown away by how great the presentation of the game was
• There is more to the gameplay than you would expect from a game like this

Cons:

• As of writing, we are waiting for the final part of the game to be released
• The voice acting is great, but the sound mixing is a little off in a couple of scenes
